Meme Coins / Re: Hamster listing date announced
« on: September 04, 2024, 10:18:56 AM »
It seems the successful launch of Dogs has motivated the Hamsters team to begin preparations, leading to the recent listing announcement. What are your thoughts on this?
It might be true that the earlier token launch of DOGS affected their listing date, and they thought that they would have the same hype as they got a few months ago, but I believe they will not.

Lots of delays, lots of mini-games being launched on their app, inside problems that affected their listing date. I believe that these are the reasons for the decrease in player-base. Also, lots of people still giving the company free money through watching their videos on YouTube to have the ad revenue which I find bad TBH. Anyway, those who didn't gave up and still tapping, and tapping until the end are the ones that will be reward. Now the question is, how much will they get? Will they get the same as what they got with DOGS? I don't think so.

Well delays do happen most of the time in some crypto projects, but you'll surely see more than hype before the day it gets listed. I still take part in engaging and completing tasks in the bot, cos I believe users won't give up so easily, they will be earning in the bot until the end of mining.

You can see already that a lot of exchanges announced hamster listing, Bitget, bybit, gateio and more. The hype is increasing from there now. if you just look at this Hamster giveaway post here on Twitter, it's got 2.9M views already, so it's not only some people.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Making money with airdrops?
« on: September 04, 2024, 09:24:12 AM »
Recently the airdrops that are trending and paying good amount are Telegram mini app mining, tapping airdrops and these can be done very comfortably and quickly with mobile phone then laptop or desktop
Do we can conclude that the current airdrops really pay with good amount of money, dude? Although there are airdrops that are quite trending now, I think not every airdrop pay with good amount of money. We still need to be careful to choose airdrops, many of them still don't pay with good amount of money. I am also joining the airdrops, DOGS is one of the trending airdrops. But I think it is just like a normal airdrops when we were doing it in the past.
I guess we can..
But well airdrops requires so much efforts nowadays, like participating in testnet, paying for fees while minting a NFT and completing a lot of tasks in a telegram bot.

To be honest with you. Notcoin and DOGS are the quite easier ones that gave me good allocation when I did some tasks and referred people. Although it all comes to the person how they wanna earn. Some people are actually lazy to do these.

Hamster Combat has been officially scheduled for September 26th after multiple delays. It seems the successful launch of Dogs has motivated the Hamsters team to begin preparations, leading to the recent listing announcement. What are your thoughts on this?

I think there'll be no more delays and we'll get our hamster tokens on hands. Haha it's been like a year to me playing this game, but let's see how they go with distribution. Can't wait to receive it on exchange soon, I hope they enable zero gas fee transactions just like bitget exchange and dogs did before.

And you know what's funny and sad at the same time? some of my friends deposited dogs on Bybit, and they couldn't sell them because of their technical issues lol just like always with that cex.. So they lost the moment when the price was high.

I hope this ain't gonna be the same as hamster.

Meme Coins / Can dogs reach the satisfied price we all want?
« on: August 22, 2024, 05:11:51 AM »
What's up guys? Well won't say much but as some of you are aware the listing has been delayed and it is on 26th aug. It's gathering more attention towards the memecoin, and bringing more hype. I think it's the team plan to create massive hype before they get listed.
But anyways, DOGS has been trending heavily for the past few days, as you will see in most of the crypto groups on telegram. All of these combined, I can't imagine the price it will be, cos whatever it's gonna be, I'll be happy seeing it at 0.003-0.004$, I know the price is too much, but yet market cap of NOT has $1b, so I don't think it'll be impossible to accomplish. What do you think though?

Also, do you guys plan on holding it? what are you gonna do after TGE?

I believe many of us here already did some tasks on DOGS to get the airdrop. If not, tell me what was the thing that stopped you from doing it haha?

Meme Coins / Is this a come back from Tron (TRX)?
« on: August 21, 2024, 09:34:22 AM »
So, basically Tron is leading the memecoins again, I have not heard anything for a long time from Tron, let alone hearing something useful from Justin. Before Solana, TON. Tron was popular back in the days.
I remember there was once a working marketplace, where we used to trade all sorts of memecoins, but later on, it died. I don't know the cause but then sadly I left holding TRX.

Now, my twitter timeline is just filled with Tron related stuff, some memecoin called sundog is topping the charts, someone turned $1.69K of SUNDOG into $20 million. Like seriously this is crazy, coming from dead memecoins, and making you $$ instantly. I don't know who the dev is but he sure made Tron alive again and sparked a lot of conversations.

You guys think tron is coming back? or is it just hype on memes?

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: TON Ecosystem
« on: August 20, 2024, 11:13:12 AM »

I have prepared a little TOncoin for the next 12 months, I want to see the development of TONcoin, whether TOncoin is able to pass the price of $50 within 12 months.

You are asking too much from TON in terms of price. It is below $7 and in the next 12 months it is impossible for the price to reach $50. The whole of altcoin market has been seeing a reduction of price. Even when Bitcoin was pumping the altcoins did not pump as expected. The TON ecosystem has just started to grow and most projects are either meme coins or T2E and since they are offering airdrops that is why TON is getting the hype.
I know that my expectations are too big and seem impossible but have you forgotten about Solana's journey, Solana stood in 2020 from the price of $0.5 to $250 only took 17 months and now the price of TOncoin $6 to $50 within 12 months in my opinion is not too difficult when viewed from the development and popularity of TONcoin.
This is just my personal opinion lest anyone take it as a serious statement.
If talking about Ton coin reaching $50, I personally have no atom of doubt in me cus it is highly possible, Ton coin has been one of the most trending crypto asset in recent times, and I honestly do not see this stopping any time soon since there are still a lot of great projects building on the Ton blockchain.

And also on the other hand, the continuous growth and popularity of telegram, and the mini apps builts inside the app is also a very bullish signal for Ton coin, imagine a situation where over 100 million people are buying and holding Ton coin, the price of the coin will for sure rise to $50 and even much more, specially when we enter the bull run

It's about time that TON also gets the same treatment as Solana, increasing the price up to 50$ or higher. Cos I fully agree with what you have said. I don't doubt TON at all. You know something though? I am sure you probably heard the name of $DOGS, a mini app on Telegram right? Yeah so this bot has reached 30M+ active users.

Like, can you imagine seeing a 0.1% of users from telegram user base is investing on TON and its related projects? I don't really fade these projects usually now. I am just happy that I got to be part all of that. Especially since now DOGS TGE and Listing coming soon, I have already prepped my dogs to claim, just submitted info and waiting for deposit. The fun thing is, you didn't invest any money but only your time, so what u could do after getting the coin, participate in current events like depositing dogs to Bitget and earning TON as rewards. So basically like maximizing your dogs earnings with events. Btw if you didn't claim your dogs on telegram yet, I suggest you to check this video, it's one of my friends made to help his friends out.

So yeah, anybody should be welcomed to the TON ecosystem, it's the hub of all projects, memecoins, RWA and etc. 50$ will be easy soon.. It's just getting started.. But of course guys, do your own research, whatever all I am saying is my opinion.

Hey guys.. so I’ve been part of a group that shares early projects and airdrops, and I’ve managed to snag some decent crypto. They also post about events where you can earn rewards by referring friends, trading, or completing other tasks

I believe many of us sometimes scrolls through timelines on Twitter and you see them right away whether it's a cex or project events.. One time I participated in an event that required 100$ trading volume, and there I got only 1.2$ reward. I know this is not much but what's free is free.

What is my opinion, is that I think it's still good for new users who get on board with such attention to events across social media, that increases crypto adoption.

What are your thoughts on crypto rewards? Are they worth the time and effort?

DeFi tokens / Re: What is Restaking In Crypto?
« on: August 05, 2024, 12:04:41 PM »
I am sure we are already familiar with staking right from time, but as we all know, the tech world we find ourselves keep redefining things for us and trying to build upon what we already have on ground to make things better and not quite long I started seeing some folks making mention of restaking and all but because I don't want to assume things I just wanted to ask for a better enlightenment, as I couldn't find enough resources to explain it better, I have although seen it associating with Swell and some others and so I will like to know if this is from ETH or BTC?

Nope restaking isn't from BTC cos it uses POW consensus mechanism, so the concept of staking doesn't apply there but restaking/staking applies to PoS blockchain like Ethereum.
Well I'll explain what's restaking tho, hopefully doesn't turn out bad explaining. So basically when you stake ETH, you get rewards like swETH, liquid staking token, btw this is from Swell network, the one you mentioned, I just did a quick search on that project, and I found out that they're currently having their native token on bitget pre-market. But anyway what you can do is restake those earned swETH to earn even more rewards.

You see, the Indian government imposed a ban on Binance, Kucoin, OKX, and others and they also claim that they issued notice to these exchanges that are illegally operating in india. And on top of that they're charging 30% as tax, which is really unfair to some of us at least. So I also wonder what you are guys looking up to now? I also heard that some people are doing F2F, which I think is a very good risk of getting robbed/mugged or whatever.

Anyways looking into some articles, the good news is that some exchanges are in collaboration with FIU to obtain VASP registration and comply with local laws, so that they can keep operating in India. Now I don't know if any of you existing users on CEXs are able to access it? Let me know.

Through 2024, we've seen alot of memes spring up across different chains like; BEP20, ERc20, BASE and Solana.

A good number of these memes have done Immensely well. Owing to how well memes have been holding up, alot of conservative traders have shifted to it hence the massive volume.

I've been scouting Memecoins lately, it is a part of my daily routine, currently I'm looking at $WOLF, a ERC 20 token with good features and a vibrant community. Built off humour and having the "animal themed narrative" I'm optimistic about its growth.

Let me know what y'all think about this budding ERC20 Memecoin.

Memes in ETH chain are quite expensive but I get the hype and also, memecoins are very high volatility, so we could gotta exercise our research, although it's short term, so you just make money out of it without being too greedy. Don't let greed get you and you lose it all. play the game and win it all. The memecoin you've mentioned WOLF, is down at the moment, probably becuz BTC is down right now but I see a lot of major exchanges like Bitget, Bitmart, MEXC and others listed it, so I am expecting another price rise from here with the hype they're having now.

Sadly scammers lure people into this, pople thinking that they got a valuable NFT or worthless token, sometimes it shows 500$ worth of tokens, when in reality, it's not. And so I got bunch of them, and I really don't know what to do with them. If anyone here could suggest how do I remove those junkies?

I've been looking into becoming an affiliate for some exchanges. But I've been wondering about the difference between just referring people and being an affiliate.
I think there should be more benefits to being an affiliate of an exchange. Maybe being able to earn more from invited people, making them copy your trades, etc.

I would love it if anyone has better experience with this and could recommend which exchange to consider?

Well one thing I can agree with is that being an affiliate should bring more benefits on the exchange..
But there are a lot of exchanges giving access to affiliate programs with features mate. I can give you some comparison, you may research and decide.

Some options I explored, like firstly, Binance is giving up to 50% spot commission with good rewards, but it requires you a minimum of 5K followers in your community to join the program.
Secondly, cex io is giving 30% commission, but there are no mentioning of requirement, just have to be a KOL, bloggers and etc.
Thirdly Bitget exchange is also giving you 50% commission and requires only more than 100 followers on social media and 500 members on your community
I also noticed they have a real-time k-line sharing feature where you would share signals to your referrals and the referrals would get notified. I find that interesting cos, that increases the strength connection between you and referrals. This can also lead to more trading activity on your referrals' accounts, which likely translates to higher commissions for you. the benefits are endless though.

Meta must face Australian billionaire Forrest's US lawsuit over scam Facebook crypto ads

June 18 (Reuters) - A U.S. judge rejected Meta Platforms' (META.O), opens new tab bid to dismiss a lawsuit by billionaire Australian mining magnate Andrew Forrest over scam Facebook advertisements that show him promoting fake cryptocurrency and other fraudulent investments.

In a decision on Monday, U.S. District Judge Casey Pitts in San Jose, California said Australia's second-richest person can try to prove that Meta's negligence in allowing the ads breached its duty to operate in a commercially reasonable manner... Read more here.

We know that there are many fake/scam cryptocurrency ads on internet, although usually we only can either block or ignore it. So it's good to see one of them forced to take responsibility over it. Your opinion is greatly appreciated.

It's time to deserve what they do, These corporations are greedy and taking ads money while they have no idea what kind of harm causes to their users... Man I agree with NotATether, because if you take a look on youtube searching crypto related, you'll see bunch scammers commenting on saying something like "Mr. Goldman helped me to get a car by investing pennies!!"

General Discussion / Re: The concept of human capital credibility.
« on: June 16, 2024, 06:16:21 PM »
Hey guys, how's your weekend going. So I came across an article discussing the concept of tokenizing human capital and credibility. This idea caught my attention, but I haven't fully understood it yet. I'm interested in hearing thoughts from forum members who might have more insight on this topic. Let's dissect it below..

Basically, it's about turning a person's skills, experience and reputation into tokens that can be invested in.

I actually have seen Mande Network doing this. They're building a platform where you can basically "invest" in people by buying their tokens. The more valuable someone's skills and reputation, the more valuable their tokens become, and you can even find their token listed on most of the major exchanges such as Bitget already.

I think It's still a new idea, but it could change how we think about education, jobs, and even microloans.

Can you list some of your strategy to earn free cryptocurrency?
The only possible way to earn some free crypto-currency for newbie members is to look after bounties and airdrops. It still needs some kind of good background in social media to earn enough money from bounty campaigns. You must have a set number of followers in order to get stakes from the bounties.

If you have a skill that you have mastered then you can offer that skill as a service in marketplace and when someone hires you then you can get some crypto-currencies for the tasks that you complete. That's possible but newbies often get trapped by scammers who get their work done but don't pay the ones who complete the tasks. It's always better to work with those members who have some reputation on a forum.

when you have earned some cryptocurrencies with the other methods and you have at least $10 in your account then you can start crypto trading. Crypto-trading will allow you to earn good amount of crypto-currencies but you must have to learn trading first and work on a strategy that may give you good win rate. A newbie friendly strategy for new trader is to buy during the times of dip and sell when price recovers.

A lot of bounty campaigns can be found on Twitter as well as some exchange events/giveaways, I think it's better for newbie utilize these opportunities.
and if you are skilled in trading, you can join trading event, with also competition, You can check up on Bitget KCGI trading competition, Binance futures or even Bybit WSOT
