Bitcoin Forum / Re: Is TRUMP controlling BTC growth?
« on: April 30, 2025, 05:02:56 PM »Well, we might really want to blame Trump because we currently have no one else to blame the whole back and forth decline and growth in the price of Bitcoin on, but I personally think the market is simply doing its thing, there was never a time the price of Bitcoin is supposed to be super stable like fiat, and for the market to continue to maintain its nature which is volatility, there must always be something or someone around who's actions are gonna be pushing prices back and forth, it just happened that Trump is the man everyone is looking at at this very moment. It is easy to want to blame one person or thing and right now more of people are looking at Trump words. But you are right that Bitcoin has always been like this even before Trump started talking about it. Saying that one person is only reason for price changes does not take into account all other things that affect market. Things like how many people want to buy or sell and news about rules and just how people generally feel about market all play part.
I say this because when Trump hadn't appeared in the picture, the price of bitcoin was not stable, back and forth movement was present, but many of us know that human beings are wired to easily forget the past and only focus on the present, while the minimum think about the future as well.
Price going up and down is mostly just market trying to find right level reacting to new information and how people ideas about Bitcoin worth are changing. While important people can definitely make price move little in short term main reasons for Bitcoin price changes are much bigger. Your point is good reminder that price going up and down much is not necessarily bad sign it is just how new and changing thing like Bitcoin naturally behaves.
