Gambling discussion / Re: How to control gambling addiction?
« on: April 13, 2025, 08:56:30 PM »
There are many of us who are so addicted to gambling that it has become a situation of bringing our family down. Although we play it through joy, we gradually become very addicted to it and we lose all our money there. There are many who have turned their peaceful life into chaos because of this gambling and even then they are not able to give up gambling. There are many such news that they are asking their parents for money because of gambling and they torture their parents for not giving them money. I mean what should we do at this time so that we can give it up and even if we play it, it is very less which does not put stress on us or cause any chaos.

What can you say about it??. Express your comments

This is actually the biggest problem in gambling and it affect most gamblers that have failed to discipline themselves in the act because if you lack discipline whether you gamble for fun or not you will end up falling a victim of these circumstances. I have seen so many people and friends fall victim to this chronic gambling addiction and some of them even drugs added and believe it's not something you would even wish for your greatest nemesis because the person won't have the right sense to even think straight and right.

Basic Questions about Cryptos / Re: Is cryptocurrrency a ponzi scheme?
« on: April 12, 2025, 09:11:05 PM »
Cryptocurrency is entirely different from Ponzi Scheme, and it is painful that some beginners are still falling for the trick of 'paying $200 let me help you trade and you will make $20000 in a week' all these are lies from the pit of hell, i am just coming from Twitter to see how much Chinese ponzi scheme called Cbex stole from some people as they have allegedly closed down. These people told them to invest and they will help them to trade and be able to withdraw, some were able to withdraw, while some could no longer withdraw again. Please be careful out there if you can't trade by yourself don't trade at all.

Well don't be too sure because it can actually be on some cases. Cryptocurrency covers a wide range of different coins and some of them are most certainly ponzi scheme and we could take for example the trump and his wife coin project that launch where lots of promise about the coin pump was made of which actually pumped high for some time and in the later turn dumped as quickly as it pumped.

I was disappointed on Manchester United because I predicted on them to win and it was a sure game for me to win but they drew the game to cut my slip for someone. Since Lyon had drew this game at home play, they will win the second leg away Match. If Manchester United is not doing well in the Premier League they would done well in the Europa League. Here they are not doing well there they are not doing well. What is the problem now? Coach or players? The form is very bad. And the coach should do something about it.
I'm curious why you did bet a straight win on Manchester United ;D

To be honest I avoid placing bet on them for years now thanks to their inconsistency. Nobody's often knows the game they will really do great to get a win. Anyway, on this game I expected to get them to get a draw and at best a win which would still be quite surprising for me.

When I saw them leading at extra time it was really surprising until the shocking thing happened when they conceded another just a minute of the match ending thanks to another disappointing display by Onana leading to another goal.

Why are you surprised man, I mean it's football and no one knows what gonna be the outcome, I mean if we did then lots of person would have been millionaire by now and for this purpose only that's why it's called gambling and besides Manchester united were at the verge of actually winning that game if not for the stupid error that the Manchester united goal keeper made they would have gotten into the second leg with a good advantage.

After the defeat in the previous week and also their defeat in the Champions League, the opponent who will be their opponent in the 31st week of La Liga is Alaves.

Alaves is a team that is at the bottom of the table and they have to fight to get away from the red zone. So in terms of strength, Real Madrid should be able to win. But that's only on paper, because currently Real Madrid is also in a bad situation, but I believe they can rise.

Even that game is still a risk because Real Madrid would be more focused on how they will actually win their next week again in the champions league if not pull off some kind of miracle in that game because that's the only thing that would save them from going out in the champions league because as it's stands now they are on their way out of the champions league and knowing Real Madrid they would definitely prioritize the champions league over their league title seeing they also have slim chances there.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Trump controls the market
« on: April 11, 2025, 10:47:20 PM »
Is it actually safe to say 'Trump is now the king of the market' because with what we have seen so far for days now he has actually shown that he is in charge and anyone trying to go against him will have himself to be blamed, i hope he settles the issue between him and the chinese president because it is affecting the market badly, if it continues, do you think we may see BTC at 40k?

Donald trump's decision on the tariff increase I think was what caused the decline in price but that's doesn't mean he solely controls the market and there is no way he has such powers as Bitcoin is free from any Central power control and that's why it's called a decentralized market just that some series of event can fluctuate the market but not control it's movement so be rest assured Bitcoin is still active and gallant.

When Maresca benched a number of guys in this past weekend game against Brentford, I believed it was because the Europa Conference League was his priority at that point, but seeing how Chelsea have lined up today I wonder why those guys were then rested over the weekend, especially Nicolas Jackson. Hopefully they'll be able to get a win against Legia in the 2nd half, because imo anything other than a win for Chelsea in this game should be considered a disaster.

And they secured the win which simply stands for a good result for them seeing how they have managed to keep things running well in the Europa league like their fellow counterpart in the English premier league which is Manchester united, they also didn't disappoint although a draw wasn't better than Chelsea victory but atleast they have the upper hand now playing at home in old Trafford.

The reason why most people buy this so-called wrapped bitcoin tokens is because of the fact that they want to enjoy the benefits of staking their bitcoins which ought not to be given it's a POW network.
The concept of staking offered by third parties usually provides rewards in the form of other coins, sometimes it can also be collaborated with lending services that make your Bitcoin grow... it is true that BTC currently still uses the PoW consensus, so direct staking cannot be done... what can be done is to use a third-party platform.... therefore, several third-party platforms that offer BTC staking options should have a high level of trust and a good reputation...
If it's coming from an exchange and platforms, it's most likely that they are collaborating it with a lending service. Because BTC isn't a proof of stake so there is no way to stake and earn from it. So, if someone looks at staking their bitcoin's, with the popularity of crypto backed loans now, expect that their BTCs are going to be used for it and that's the reason it's true that these staking are using third party platforms or services that they are partnered with.

Now this makes sense because I have always wondered how possible is it that these CEX offer Bitcoin Staking option with a promise interest returns when Bitcoin itself isn't a proof of stake. Normally I do stake my coins but not Bitcoin, I have staked some stash of my Solana and Ethereum with exchange which the ROI are quite interesting to take.

Amazing, I am happy to see my tool being used in such great contest.

Just remember to clearly define what is the order of the users, because the order matters to the tool. It could be ordered by date of posting, for example.

ah so whoever posted first has a better chance of being drawn? I thought the chances were the same for everyone
thanks for your tool anyway i like it and i will definitely use it
just this thing I don't know if others like it or not (honestly it doesn't change anything for me)

Chances are the same for everyone.

But the tool will randomly choose a winner based in his order, not based in his name. So if the order is changed, you get different results.

Lets suppose you are rolling 3 people

1- satoshi
2-vitalik
3- finney

Lets suppose the winner determined by the tool was number 2. If you change the order of users, you get a different result.

Hmm that's an interesting note, so the results all depends on the setting of the tool, well no matter because the most important is that everyone has a fair chance at the draw, but am just curious to know what if like you said the other now fall under the category of descending number of submission that would probably not be fair since some guys submitted late or am I missing the whole set up, truth be told it's rather confusing to understand though.

For now, it better to maintain any action that you wish to take. Jumping into the market may not be a good thing now. Yes we are supposed to begin buying the dips but with the speculation all over the internet, we might have even more dips. Though no one can predict the market 100%, you just have to be careful with what ever action you take to avoid getting liquidated in the pull back.

Funny enough the whole year started with so many crypto or Bitcoin enthusiast being certain that this year is the well awaited bull market year and so far nothing seems to be bullish although the year is still young and so many crazy things are still up ahead but for now one must check and make very careful decision especially with the actual cryptocurrency that you want to invest on because you might wake up one morning and see some interesting rate on your investment and then you would know the reason why it's called a volatile asset.

Nothing happens when the session ends, your order number is displayed and regardless of whether you close the browser immediately, everything is completed automatically. With Coinomize you will never lose coins if you read correctly. Even if you do not save your order number or the Letter of Guarantee, the order will be completed as normal if you have paid the minimum deposit amount.

Thanks for the clarification, this will help alot because some of the thoughts that users get about a service if not properly cleared it would really stir up other cautious actions towards the usage of that service and seeing that the coinomize team is actively here to guide and clear up some questions make this mixing service a reliable and trusted one at that too. Mixing of coins is something that most persons avoid because of maybe due to one or two past experiences that they may have gotten from other mixing site but I can't say same for this, it's simple and easy

So a quick one. We all thought or I'll say most people thought the bull market would come this year but after the recent events. Do you still believe that? If not then why?.

This is just the 4th month of the year, and I believe there are lots of more things to come although am not certain about the chain of events that might happen being either positive or negative but I know at a certain point in this year Bitcoin will fly high again and it might even be the last 3 months or maybe the mid quarters of the year but it's certain that we shouldn't have to write out Bitcoin movement yet.

For a beginner that is just using a service for the first time, checking the rules guiding such platforms should be of importance. This involves money and they operate on anonymity basis, so it is important that they apply proper guidelines to safeguard the anonymity of their users. Taking penalty on such users is important in order to withhold their prestige and identity in the face of other competitors in the same market with them. Mostly users are the ones to be blamed when penalized for an action they never take caution on when they ought to have avoided it in the first place and as long as the rules and regulations stated all those things out, penalising such users is the best for them.

There are almost no rules for using Coinomize. It's literally just "don't abuse our system", "don't be tricked by fake letter of guarantee", and "don't let your session die". That's literally it.

Am a bit curious now, so what happens if your browsing session die in means of trying to process a transaction on the site ? Would it be possible that you lose your coins or something else related that will happen?. I have used the site atleast thrice though but in all time haven't really had any issues but seeing this note made me curious because of lately been having serious issues on my area with internet network and this could lead to delay of things I do that most times the browsing session end before I conclude.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: bear run, what to expect?
« on: April 06, 2025, 09:40:30 PM »
Of course newbies with zero knowledge will panic when the price of bitcoin is dipping especially in the bear market but if they understand the market circle, they will know that bear season is only a time to keep stacking more bitcoin to increase your portfolio. Only those that are into making quick profit will panic and sell when the bear market is on its way to the bottom line.
Even the experienced ones. There's that shock and panic that we still feel and no matter how you'd say you're calmer than the others. That feeling is coming for most of us. That is the reason why even some of the experience ones feels the obligation for themselves to continue and stop that feeling whenever they feel that the bear market has arrived.

The thing is that  just know what you are doing in terms of either you sell off or continue buying because whatever the consequences will be you are the one to bear it all. They say experience is the best teacher so its better to experience whatever you take because I believe it's not only the newbie that take some drastic choices to either sell or hold on to their asset during the bear season.

General Discussion / Re: invest right is big return
« on: April 05, 2025, 10:14:46 PM »
Indeed when you invest right it will return big I also like to invest but I’m clueless about the trends or which platforms are legit and beginner-friendly. It feels a bit overwhelming, but I know it’s something worth learning about because I am also interested on how to invest.

First of all what type of investment are you talking about because there are lots of projects and other things one can invest on that would yeild him profits in return and it doesn't have to be instant returns because that's the area most person mind draw to when they hear the word investment.

The thought of getting quick returns on investment have landed so many person where they don't want to be and that's because anything that promise fast return is almost impossible and most likely even a scam project.
