Crypto gaming (GameFi) / Your Gamefi picks this month
« on: October 01, 2024, 03:35:32 PM »
Lately, the hype around GameFi projects has died down, and I'm still trying to figure out what the underlying issues might be. However, I still believe there are some recent gaming projects that are on the right track. With October predicted to be bullish, could you suggest any projects you're currently looking into? I've been keeping an eye on Big Time, Pixel, Portal, and UNIO.

I prefer dexes, because:

1) No KYC is required

2) Lot more tokens choice since there is no such thing as called 'listing' on dexes — have contract address of token you want to trade and that token has enough liquidity? You are good to go.

Only con I can think of is, you will be required to pay gas fee.

There are also perpetuals dexes if one is into it, but I personally did not have good experience with those.

I think I've made my choice from these comments. Dex could be slow though. RN I want convenience

With bullish momentum picking up, I’m thinking about getting into trading back but I’m unsure which option is better and more straightforward: CEX or DEX. Any advice would be appreciated.

For context, I’ve been exploring several DEX platforms like LogX, dYdX, and others. I’d love to hear your insights. Please don't suggest both 😆😆
When you use DEX your entire fund will be under your own control.  But when you use CEX your funds are not completely in your control.  So in this case your risk will be higher.  But with CEX you can take an action very quickly and save huge amount of trading fees.  But when you use DEX you have to pay blockchain fee on every trade.  So it is very cost effective.  So I think CEX is better if you don't want to trade huge amounts.  And I use CEX for trading most of the time

What about in terms of liquidity and volume?? Cex or dex??.

Attending such events is fine, just don't recommend that you look flashy which reflects your financial situation especially if you have a good crypto portfolio. Just assume you're a beginner while assessing the people around you on how they want to influence you into their business circle. In essence, you have to wear a "mask" as thick as possible.

Good advise bee.. I think it's an event to connect though and even network. I attached one in kigali last year and it was fun.. hey OP, is this the meetup event?

For instance, you'd stand a chance to earn on some platforms if you've a particular threshold of trading volume both on spot and futures.
Can you explain better?

Like this?
On some exchanges, you can earn rebate reward for having huge amount of certain coins on an exchange, but an amount that is too huge not to keep on exchanges but to keep on noncustodial wallet. Not your key not your coins.

I think he means you can get rewarded for having a good trading volume on cex. Something similar to this. Bitget warning  )/events/activities/00d6cd7599175d7d89bad9bcb5b2cc88?color=black&languageType=0]BG trading initiative

Nigerian Languages / Re: I heard a rumour about Binance in Nigeria
« on: June 27, 2024, 11:51:21 AM »
Looking at the situation of things, technology keeps and will keep getting better by the day and government will keep changing and as things stands one of the marketing leads in from Binance has told some folks in Nigeria(no publicly) that Binance will still come back to Nigeria but not now and he can't tell when, but Binance will surely come back to Nigeria again.

They can negotiate their way. Nothing is impossible though. So let's see how it unfolds..

I leverage staking opportunities on Poolx & Launchpool events. They don't require special skills and the APRs are high. Considering Crypto asset security, I would recommend using Bitget to access these products.

Been seeing a lot of comments about poolx lately. What's the difference between this & normal launchpool I know of. ? Would love some clarity..

I am replying this thread as a bump to see and remind you guys if how many of you are keeping up with the target you had for this year. :D

I read through many of the comments under this topic, and this is the sixth month of this year, so yeah!

Have you kept with your target?

If you did, it is a good one, not to relent, but set new targets for yourself. If you failed to follow up, today is  good day to set yourself back in line to meet your target.

Men I haven't been able to keep my target. But I'll tag this thread and share good reviews when it's December. Wish me luck!!.

Kucoin way no straight since when I no this na when I won transfer the small BTC wey dey my Kucoin account to my noncustodial wallet. Omo the transaction fee na 10% of the transaction, and that tike TX fee dey very low. Na once I vex convert my coins to USDT send to Binance. Na from Binance I use send the coins to my wallet. So I no surprise if them dey behave like this, before you know only them go make customers run from the exchange.
Because of their activeness in the live chat, he thought they are much more better than ByBit because bitcoin has no live chat agent but only bot and filling of form but upon all that ByBit is more faster than Kucoin.

Once you follow the instructions, then everything will be very fast and easy. It was Kucoin gave him tough time for the refund request as he said But he thank God that the issue was resolved.
I get person wey Dey go through this kind of challenge wey @agbe been Dey face and I can only imagine how frustrating this whole situation can be especially if the money no be your own or probably you Dey help person trade maybe as a local vendor and you no get any spare fiat to pay the other end and maybe the receiver end no get much cryptocurrency knowledge to understand all you Dey explain then na there you go understand say crypto na very risky business and as such should be handled with caution.

I wish that guy Dey here to see all this things but I believe I go give am this link make him take follow up with him case so him fit get him money back.

@agbe Abeg how long all this processes been really take you to get your money back ?

Customer care issues dey give wahala sha. Agbe don get him money back ba?

I have done staking and mining and it is enough to help my finances grow little by little. However, currently, the staking and mining method for $IDNA coins is no longer very effective, so I abandoned it.
I haven't followed what happened with IDNA for a long time. At some point, it seemed to me that the farmers had completely taken over the network, so they controlled everything from staking earnings to rejecting flips.
For some reason, validation is only on Saturdays and it was tiring for me to wait for it on weekends.

A solid idea, but it seems that it has ended its life.

Thanks buddy. It's a weird though. maybe they couldn't keep up

Hey there, fellow traders! Have you noticed how crypto exchanges are always trying to outdo each other in attracting new users and boosting trading activity?  Well, one of their favorite tactics is these crypto trading competitions. It's a win-win really. They get more people trading, which means more fees for them, and we get a shot at some sweet prizes. I've been in a few myself, and it's a fun way to test the waters and maybe even snag some extra crypto.

So, anyone here ever thrown down in a trading competition? What was your experience like? Any wild wins or epic fails to share?

My experience has been bittersweet, to be honest. I think last year I got into KCGI(,hosted on Bitget), but my technical analysis wasn't the best. However, I loved the experience - trading under pressure, networking with traders, etc. I've been in other tournaments since then and made some decent gains too. I'll be looking to get into more this year and improve my performance.

Good lucky mate. Seems your wish is granted. Saw this on twitter. I'm not so good in trading myself so I'm still considering any competitions lol. Bitget warning  )/events/kcgi]KCGI2024

The grammar Hey fellas. Good day to y'all. Since the market isn't favorable for swing trading at the moment, I've been thinking of alternative methods to keep myself busy. I remembered a time when I participated in a 'spin to win' initiative organized by a platform. I had mixed feelings because I was lucky, though I met the requirements, my spin didn't win me anything substantial. I guess what I'm asking is, besides trading, what other ways do you make money in crypto? Please share your opinions below.

What do you think about crypto messaging apps? Can they really change the way we use digital assets, or are just there..
Why don't you post some example of this crypto messaging apps?
I didn't see anything that is actually working so far, and it would probably be very slow or more centralized to use.
Only good reason for using them would be if they can't be shut down and closed by any governments, and if they preserve user privacy.

I think OP is talking about social messaging apps like ime lab. It used telegram api but with wallet and probably DeFi integrations.. https://www.Bitget ( Bitget warning  )/academy/what-is-ime-lab-lime-and-how-does-it-work

Crypto Exchanges / Re: Exchange vs wallet tokens. Your preference
« on: May 14, 2024, 07:28:33 AM »
What do you think about its prospective potential?

Exchange tokens will always win because when it comes to utility, the exchanges has many ways of utilizing their tokens and make it more demanding than the wallet utility. Look at the exchange tokens from Binance, Okex, Kucoin and many more reputable exchanges that has token have a working token than most of this wallet tokens. Even Trust wallet token TWT is where it is right now because it's supported by Binance and many venture capitals that has a lot of money invested in the project.

That's a fact. It's the utilities of BGB that made me get on board. It could be used on Launchpools, PoolX, etc. Utilities drive these tokens, and with more being added, price trend will reflect greens
