This is quite true...the risk in investing with new coins or tokens can be so high all because there is no assurance that they will really make it in this very competitive market. However, we should note that if a person is not afraid of risks and has the money to play in the market, new coins got the potential where people can experience the x100 or even x1000 ROI as old coins will not be able to grow and be profitable that way though they are already more stable. And I think this is the reason why many people still continue to invest even lousy projects because they are hoping they will strike the GOLDMINE they are looking for. Surely, this is not for people who are just new and have not yet learned the ins and outs of the market. Avoiding loss is impossible but losses can be recovered even just one project that will really shine and will skyrocket in value.
