Seems like the Clearnet version is under DDoS attack right now. Just got the message!

One little question, how does the site keeps iit's functionality without using DDoS protections like Cloudflare or DDoS-Guard? What security measure is taken to ensure the site keeps running?

The Clearnet Website is a mirror to the hidden onion service hosted on a separate machine else-where. If the Clearnet server is destroyed or taken down, the hidden onion service will continue to function.

The fact that Anonymixer is the ONLY mixer to NOT use Cloudflare / DDoS-Guard's services is a good thing. Those DDoS Protection services listen in to ALL traffic (unencrypted), eavesdropping and potentially recording all communication (letters of guarantee), allowing third parties (i.e. government agencies) to un-mix everything.

PDF Generation should now be fixed. If it does not appear on your trade and you need one, please re-create the trade and you should be able to get a digitally signed PDF.

ALL Trades will have a Letter of Guarantee (Text Version) signed by the Bitcoin Private Key corresponding to the address 1AnonyMix35XkzRusC7FAzwi9KKggnyg5b.

Given that it is possible to send multiple deposits on your mixer and that they can all be part of one order, how can you precisely calculate the total network fee in such cases?

Anonymixer does not work like any other mixer. It is custom, bespoke software, one of a kind. Outgoing transactions, including their amounts and fees are calculated and known prior to any deposits being received. The exact fees are shown to the user up-front in the form of a quote, so there are no hidden surprises. The user can create as many deposit transactions as they like, no matter how small, nothing is considered a "donation". The user just has to meet a required total amount, spread over any number of transactions and denominations, to any one of the 10 deposit addresses provided.

Won't an excessive number of UTXO raise the total fee, which is your cost later on?

1. Our coin selection algorithm chooses the fewest amounts of inputs for any given outgoing transaction
2. Other trades are created which have very small outgoing transactions, we make use of small UTXOs, often sending them out with no change address, which makes the transaction fees even cheaper
3. We also occasionally perform JoinMarket CoinJoins, consolidating individual small deposits from different trades, spaced over time

4
If I may ask, what happened here?

Very rarely, there is a glitch with the bitcoin node not registering the in-coming transaction properly. That's been resolved and the outgoing transaction has already been confirmed on the network as it had a high network fee.

Hello. There was a hiccup in the mixer again.

Should be all sorted now.

6
a transaction with a very low fee of 2 sat/byte

We always aim to get outgoing transactions included in the next block.

1 sat/vB transactions have been going through recently. The mempool has been clearing recently too.

If you have lots of low value UTXOs that need consolidating, now is the time to do something about it - Anonymixer can help you preserve your anonymity by not co-spending your low value UTXOs together.

You can make multiple (1 input -> 1 output) transactions, where each spend goes to a unique Anonymixer deposit address from the same Trade. Then Anonymixer can send you a larger (consolidated) coin back that is completely disconnected from any of the deposits you made.

Hello. Almost 6 hours since the mixer received the cryptocurrency, but hasn't sent it to me. Please check your email. I hope for a quick response.

The system was and is under DDoS, but everything is now working smoothly with everything processed. Thank you for your patience.

Your mixer has a bug that has frozen my transaction and is costing me because of the time!  Please check and respond to your email asap.

Apologies. It has been pushed through and fully completed. Now inspecting what has gone wrong. Will update here and respond via e-mail.
Responded to user by e-mail. Investigating why this happened to make sure it doesn't happen again.

STATUS: Please continue to use the service as usual.

I'm worried that the transaction will just go back to the sender(mixer), i.e. nowhere. The inscription on the mempool -Not any time soon. Also, in Electrum, where sometimes I accelerated transactions, this transaction is not even visible

Hi molchanovdmitry9, your transaction has now been confirmed and is safely in a block.

It would've confirmed anyway, but I pushed it along by spending the change output with a high fee.

The spam in the mempool is starting to clear. I think we're all looking forward to the 1 sat/vb days coming back.

examplens, The clearnet site appears up for me. Please retry via a new IP / VPN connection if you can?

A little more than 20 seconds for me, Chrome browser. It's a little faster on Brave. It's more confusing that while waiting I didn't have any info on whether it was loading.

After making further tweaks, I managed to get total load time down to 2.47 seconds.

Website does work slower for me today, but I dont need super fast speed for mixing.
How can someone contact Anonymixer support in the best way if something goes wrong?
I see only email address posted in the footer, so I guess that is the only way?

Clearnet website currently loads for me in 5 seconds. That's the majority of the content (images/css/js) that the browser then caches and everything should be pretty quick after that.

If something goes wrong (which is unlikely), you can send an e-mail or talk on here. Slow initial load does not mean it will stop working.

Speaking of which, why don't you have redirection so that all traffic recognized on http goes to https?
This should not be too much of a request, and you would avoid a "dead" link to your site.

Yep. There is a very good reason to block all HTTP traffic, it's been in there since day one and it's there to protect users privacy.

Let's say a user pasted into their browser "anonymixer.com/trade/52691ba2-5d5f-4c25-a50a-fae4a49441ed" and pressed go. Yeah sure, we could respond with a simple Upgrade Header and send the user over to the HTTPS version of the website, but they've already potentially destroyed their privacy.

They just informed their ISP and any other potential eavesdropper of their Trade ID (It was sent in the HTTP unencrypted GET request). The ISP/Eavesdropper can then navigate to that trade and see all details, all deposit addresses, all output addresses, the current status of the Trade, etc.

By enforcing HTTPS only, this information can never be leaked to eavesdroppers. HTTPS in this case means true end-to-end encryption with Anonymixer's Server. The same can not be said for others because they use Cloudflare/DDoS-Guard as middle men, who are able to listen in to ALL traffic (including HTTPS) as it is the middle-men/DDoS providers who decrypt it.

icopress, is there any plan on mentioning about Cloudflare/DDoS-Guard on this site as a thing?

Nice looking website.

Could you please update the hyperlinks for Anonymixer? Neither of them work at the moment:

The Tor/Onion URL is:
http://btcmixer2e3pkn64eb5m65un5nypat4mje27er4ymltzshkmujmxlmyd.onion
(Not https)

The Clearnet URL is:
https://anonymixer.com
(Must have https).

- I tried using Taproot address - P2TR and got an Invalid Bitcoin Address error.

I'm not sure any other mixer supports P2TR addresses, is that right? if there is a serious request / demand for it, it can be coded in.

- The transaction fee is very low compared to the current fees, I got around 0.00005401 BTC.

A Transaction consisting of 1 P2WPKH input and 2 P2WPKH outputs, with a fee of 0.00005401 BTC is 38.2 sat/vB. At that point in time - that would be sufficient for the transaction to be included in the next block.

- Cold Trade Maximum 1.7958 Bitcoin may suggest that the transaction can be traced as the JM pool is limited.

Max per trade isn't maximum reserves.

If JavaScript is turned on, the experience is smoother and snappier (enhanced), but the site will function just fine if you've disabled JavaScript.

There are 2 URLs which you can use which will force JavaScript to not be used or sent out from the server:

Clearnet: https://no-js.anonymixer.com
Onion: http://no-js.btcmixer2e3pkn64eb5m65un5nypat4mje27er4ymltzshkmujmxlmyd.onion
