In the 29 days of the current month, out of 2672 completed exchanges, only 11 were stopped. This means the stop rate is just 0.41%, indicating an extremely low likelihood of issues.

The Change Ltd doesn't present itself as a privacy platform, and they may even require KYC data if you want to process a high-risk transaction. However, if they promote the service well, they may generate some liquidity by processing Bitcoin into stablecoins or Ethereum.
Okay, I had thought that they are extremely privacy conscious. It was because I used the platform without KYC. Just as you mentioned, they might not provide an absolute substitute, but atleast their services could be better than so many strick KYC platforms. Thanks for the info Hugeblack

It's good to see you continue to grow. Perhaps it's time to create some promotions here that won't cost you much, such as Bitcoin price prediction challenges or free discounts with zero fees using certain keywords.

That sounds great, but don't you think $5 is a bit too low for most people's liking?

Don't get me wrong, everyone likes free money, but I'm saying they would be more incentivized to make an exchange and leave a review if you gave them $10 for example.

Obviously this only applies to positive reviews, not neutral or negative reviews or anything like that.

OTP right? Other forms of authentication are cumbersome to implement or simply not secure, like SMS messages.

Do you have any backup codes implemented in case a user forgets their authentication token or loses their device?
