snip CMIIW!

There obviously is a consensus among members that not using your account for a long time doesn't have adverse effect on the account. However, I've been trying to figure out what you guys mean by CMIIW since two members have already posted it twice in the course of this topic. Do you care explaining what it means? Thanks.

In the past, one of the easiest jobs I've done to make money was with Celsius, which no longer exists today and is finishing paying its customers
But it was a deposit platform where you left your coins earning a percentage
And they always had promotions like: deposit 500 dollars and get 30 dollars after a few days
Or deposit 1000 USDC and get 50 USDC after 1 month with the money locked up

It lasted for a while, and I managed to earn a fair bit of money there without too much effort

I don't know of any services that currently offer anything substantial worthwhile
I only see a few exchanges offering 10 dollars to trade futures, or 5 dollars to do KYC, something like that

When they declared bankruptcy, did you have your funds with them? How did you cope with the crash? I understood they invested with FTX, the reason why the company went down.

For the OP, I've not really made money through these tasks people do in exchanges. I think I made $8 from the DOGS airdrop and that's it.

Poll means here what it means in other platforms such as Facebook. When you click on the poll widget, you can add options that people can vote for depending on the topic you want to be discussed. You can even take a look at the example that Stuart posted above.

Congrats to the winners for the good job you guys do. I moderate a FB group and understand how challenging this work could be. Keep doing what you do for the forum. It'll surely pay off down the line.

Earnings on cryptocurrency, exchange through exchanges for %

Hello! I am looking for partners, I will share a way to make money on the exchange between crypto exchanges with a profit of 3-5% per circle.
There are several proven bundles available. You use only your exchanges and accounts, I do not take money into circulation.
Work only with reliable, proven exchanges! For my services, I ask for 30% of your net profit, payment upon delivery!
I don't ask for money in advance! You can try it with a few dollars to make sure everything works.
You will receive 3-5% from each exchange. You can make several exchanges per day.

For some reasons, most crypto traders won't take you seriously. For starters, you have a very new account with no reputation, So the general perception about new accounts that promise big rewards is that they are hunting for people to scam. Secondly, you barely explained how you intend to make the profit you claim you are capable of making. If your OP is vague, why would anyone believe you. Thirdly, you showed no proof of your own earning through this magic system of yours. Such proof is required and should be made public for experienced forum members to assess its possibility. Finally, why would you want to share your money-making secret with anyone when you could use it to grow rich?

Calling what goes on in Telegram 'mining' sounds like a joke. I think it should be more like Telegram engagement app. Then I lso think that the trend will soon fade considering that most of the projects no longer reward participant appropriately. It's simply not worthwhile.

Crypto Gigs or Tasks [Requests] / Re: Give jobs to people here also
« on: March 03, 2025, 10:33:54 PM »
Why are people not posting enough jobs here again, people are here who can do decent jobs for you in writing, graphics, and many other things. Help your friends in need of opportunities.

I think the reason why we are not seeing mny job offers here is that the forum is still growing and the advertisers feel that they may not get the skills tht they're searching for here. This is obviously wrong because I hve noticed that  good number of members here actually teleported fron Bitcointalk. If you're  member there, you may have noticed that even the service board doesn't have too many ads these days. The reason is that employers do not view crypto forums as the ideal platforms where they should hunt for talents online freelance websites such as Freelancer.com.

Basic Questions about Cryptos / Re: Are you using AI on your blog?
« on: March 02, 2025, 08:08:32 PM »
Irrespective of what you believe, AI has come to stay despite its imperfections. In blogging, the use of AI strictly depends on the owner of the blog nd wht they need to accomplish. If AI use doesn't affect readership, especilly with respect to how Google views the blog, there is nothing wrong. Nevertheless, the consensus is that you just cannot leave everything to AI knowing that it is also prone to errors.

I tried to get my account teleported but didn't apply with the right credentials. I had wondered why the teleporting didn't work until I decided to check this thread again. Thanks to those who pointed out my error. So here are my for data:

Basic Questions about Cryptos / Re: Bitcoin Dominance Power
« on: February 20, 2025, 09:25:37 PM »
Dominance as a Crypto term is something I hear often especially related to Bitcoin.
I may not have gotten all knowledge about this but the little I know about BTC Dominance is it's ability to surge high in price while other crypto assets (ALTS) will be experiencing a struggling price trend or even a reversal Downtrend.
I've got a few questions about this dominance..
  • Apart from the reason of investors diverting funds from ALTS to purchase BTC, what else is the catalyst of this Dominance?
  • Does ALTS exhibit dominance on other ALTS?

I'll appreciate your educative comments.

snip-altcoins are designed to scam their investors which leads to low adoption rate.

I think ot is preposterous to say that altcoins are designed to scam investors. Not all altcoins are scams and some have great utility nd technology behind them. Examples are Monero and IOTA

The prices of coins usully surge prior to listing, but I do not see pi being too vluable owing to the pyrmid scheme approach dopted by the team. Wht would likely happen is similar to a premined coin. So I suggest that you keep your fingers crossed.
