Thanks all for sharing your knowledge - guess I'll have to accept taking this one on the chin and appreciate the hard learned lesson here.  I transferred 0.05 BTC... really didn't want to give scammers $3.5K, but they got me. Guessing the UK business registration info this site dispays is bogus so no viable path to chase it... maybe will put some effort seeing if there is any current takedown effort to support, but probably wont have time cause I now gotta pick up some extra shifts... SMH.

The other site I've used successfully several times is Mixero (*https://mixero.io/).  All good with this one right?

Can't beleive they got me... at the time it was convincing but in hindsight my several basic mistakes become obvious.

Hi Cantsay, thanks for commenting - though that's not good to hear.  This is the link I used...  *https://unijoin.club/index.html

If this is indeed an imposter phishing site, it seems legit and reeled me in good.  Uff.

I did an initial BTC mixing order with Unijoin a few days ago - I've used other sites like Mixero before but this was my first time using Unijoin.  All seemed straightforward enough, I downloaded the letter of guarantee, confirmed the transaction showing BTC leaving my wallet to the Unijoin receiving wallet address.  But then nothing since, no coins in my destination wallet.  When using the Restore function on the website, it says it can't recognzie the LOG, even though it's the exact file downloaded from the Unijoin site prior to mixing.

But biggest issue is I'm unable to get beyond the CAPTCHA function to send a support chat message... which appears to be the one and only way to contact this company.  I complete the CAPTCHA correctly (even downloaded the accessibily key for CAPTCHA), but then every time I hit 'Send Message', it just erases the checkmark in the CAPTCHA checkbox and I have to redo it, so I do again successfuly but exact same thing happens when I hit 'Send Message'.  This circular pattern has been happening 4 days now and dozens of attempts.  Any ideas of how to check why I haven't received my mixed coins, if I can't even use the chat function on the website?  Surely I can't be the only one facing this current inability to contact Unijoin Support?  (Especailly since there is absolutley no other way to get in contact with the company for support other than this online chat/messanger)!
