The fact that the team put up a banner on the forum doesn't mean much, it costs very little compared to the amounts they could have raised. And although the authorities could have seized the domain (although hours before there are usually signs of problems), the fact that the team has deleted the Telegram account I think makes things clearer about what happened.
Anyway, and without further details, I hope I'm wrong.
Why are the banner ads still up if the service is dead? It makes no sense to advertise a dead website.
This is yet another exit scam, Royalmix was behind all this plus same host.
