Regarding the fees I was asking if there were any hidden fees or bad exchange rate, but I remembered that a few weeks ago the service was hacked so I am now looking for new alternatives.

I use the exchange a lot for my crypto activities and I don't see where any service was hacked on the exchange. Though there was security breach on 20th September which had been fixed a few days after the incident and everything is back to normal.
Maybe the issue is from you end nowt the exchange. The exchange is very much safe.
