Bitcoin Forum / Re: Is Bitcoin Too Expensive For Me?
« on: April 16, 2025, 02:45:24 PM »
It makes sense as one of the factors influencing the investment process is always the competition with the current needs for money. That is why, it is better to use those funds which one does not need for some time at the moment, which will allow one to be more relaxed in relation to certain fluctuations in the market that can be quite unpredictable at times. It takes time for investments to maturity and that is why if we do not use all the funds that we have, then we are safe from using the little funds that we have to make wasteful expenditures. Maintaining a part of the invested money to specifically to be reserved free can help us to be more careful in choosing the next steps.

Going for BTC, we just need to wait and see the results in the end - that's the beauty of it.

With it, you just don't have to worry for the days going by - time works for you, and BTC's values are playing their role in that process.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Is TRUMP controlling BTC growth?
« on: April 16, 2025, 11:57:45 AM »
What I wish and which will be what that will likely happen will be that bitcoin will still increase again and get to all-time high. Trump trade war pull bitcoin price downward but let us still see the long term value of bitcoin. Trump effect is just short term.

Trump can affect the market, but he can't control it - so I agree with you, BTC is only a factor, a cog in the overall process.

Maybe some people think that you should not buy when bitcoin hits its lowest point, but it is also not impossible that it is an opportunity for many others to be able to buy and hold it for a longer time.
But if Bitcoin can reach its latest ATH, maybe many people will think and have high expectations that the price will be able to increase even higher than it has ever been.

The bottom is the best time to buy, but you can never be sure where it is.

That's why we buy at different prices going down with each order to buy in 5k or 10k.. And that's why once the market will rebounce, everything, is going to be alright.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: What are you thought's on BTC
« on: April 15, 2025, 11:48:40 AM »
          -      Honestly I have no idea and no one knows what our future holds, it's more on speculation for now what we, and the rest of the crypto community, can say. Although, everyone who believes in bitcoin knows that bitcoin's price will definitely rise this year.

And that's what most bitcoin holders are looking forward to, hopefully in quarter 2 of this year there will be a start to a rally in bitcoin so that other
top altcoins will follow suit.

Even if it won't happen this year, it will happen in the next one.

If we won't get our BTC out of the process during all these dips and corrections, we are going to be fine.

It can happen to anybody, call it a lack of concentration or lack of focus. Keeping that aside, there was also a chance that for one reason or another the token could have hit unexpected highs but unfortunately for you the opposite is probably inevitable.

If OP bought on the 10th of April, he is in good profit already, imo.

Nevertheless, I definitely agree that it's a gamble just like the rest of such tokens.

I don't think that we are in the sell zone, the market has been trading sideways for the last couple of months and so we are in the accumulation phase still. Even if we are just in the last leg of the bull run, and with this kind of movement, it's better to still buy and then how it goes. If there is a supercycle then at least we are ready specially if it goes on a parabolic rise. If we are in the bear market, then saving is the key and think of the bigger picture, long term investment is the key.

Bottom or not, if we buy big caps, we are going to get the profit in the long run.

Many see 2025 as the year to propel their portfolios forward, and rightfully so - there was already a pullback we saw, and now, we need to see the opposite of it, but when it happens - nobody would know.

Yep, experienced one can give suggestion or advice. Sure, we have the right to follow it or not. It should be adjusted with our condition, we can do a self analysis to know it. For the financial advice, it should be from an expert or an experienced person in this field. For the risk management, it should be learned through a specific lesson. It is not an easy matter to be learned, sometimes it takes times to understand it.
True. And we just need to observe if these individuals are really experienced and not the fake one's. Background checking will also help us to identify if the one who is giving advise needs to be heard or just a piece of copy paste from other successful people. I agree that it is hard to apply someone else's strategy we got from their advises because we need to make it compatible to our own understanding and capacity because sometimes it won't work for us that is why we need to improvise. And learning or applying someone else's skill, lessons and ideas isn't that easy to adopt and embrace.

We should adapt to what we've seen as successful and try to implement our own ways to the ones that already exist.

That way, we will not only use somebody's experience, but amplify it with our own.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Can governments crack down on crypto?
« on: April 14, 2025, 07:57:46 AM »
If the government supports crypto, it will certainly have a good effect on the market, and currently many governments have started to allow crypto to be used as an investment by their citizens.
The government should accept crypto because crypto is getting more popular, especially butcoin and will be more popular in the future.

It's either that, or a "war on all crypto".

For now, it's too early to think of such a thing, and many are already going out of their ways to try to regulate crypto and gain from value from it - and I do hope all the rest of the big countries will follow such examples.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Why are people so crazy about buying Bitcoin?
« on: April 14, 2025, 07:37:09 AM »
I don't think I would agree with your belief that it is hard to see another ATH of Bitcoin this year 2025. A new ATH will be set before this year ends, it will be pretty much above the current ATH of $109k.

However, DCA strategy is advised because that will give many profits to investors when the market begins to boom very soon this year. Missing out from it, it is not a good option for someone who aims to make profits from the crypto investment this year.

With BTC, we don't really care whether it's a new ATH or not - we just buy in, hodl, and have the value of our BTC increasing no matter the case in the long-run.

Cryptocurrency Trading / Re: How to Build Trading Capital.
« on: April 13, 2025, 07:35:08 PM »
Well, that's also what we are actually more advised to determine the results of our own analysis rather than following others. Because when we only follow others, we will not know what the mistake really is.

On the other hand, if it is our own decision, then we will indirectly find out what the mistake really is. Even by ourselves we can fix it for the future.

Agreed. We don't need to follow up others mistakes - we need to go the other way around some of the info we have, mix it up with our own ideas, and come up with something different down the line.

Such is the way of adaptation.

Aside those investing in bitcoin, I would say that finding success in cryptocurrency through Altcoin investment is like someone gambling and getting lucky to win a jackpot, I say this because if being lucky was outside of finding success in crypto, I did be one of the richest people in the world today based on how long I've been in this space and how many projects I've gotten involved in through investments and other various means.

So when we talk or discuss about becoming successful in and through cryptocurrency, it will be totally undermining to not mention the role being lucky also has to play, I've watch so many projects with no sense turn people into millionaires over night, while the projects with the best technology, fundamental and chances of success fail woefully leaving investors picking themselves up from the ground.

An argument to that would the ratio of those getting drained and those that got said "millions".

Surely, we would see only small glimpses from those that were successful, as they would be very few..

Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Do you still believe in Presales?
« on: April 11, 2025, 11:53:04 AM »
Pre-sales are actually slightly more risky than even meme coin trading. Basically one of the biggest risk with pre sales is that you could end up wasting your money on trash that later on will never get launched and before they actually launched they seemed to have a lot of potential though they were just a scam.

I have seen many pre-sales back in the day that never got launched and the had so much hype that made many people invest in them.

As always - you go big or go home. Such events and projects exist to play big and try to push themselves so high they will fly afterward through the market with no problems, but usually, that doesn't end well.

So if we want we can invest in altcoins if we don't have enough funds to invest in Bitcoin. There are many top altcoins which have been giving profits to investors year after year. But the story of getting rich is different for me because it is difficult to find an altcoin to get rich. However, people can earn good profits through some hype but for me, getting rich is a very complicated matter. A few days ago, I saw the hype of the trump meme coin which quickly went from $7 to almost $70. So my question is who was able to buy it at a low price and who got rich from this opportunity!
One has to be a millionaire already to make millions from Bitcoin now. For instance, if someone bought 100 Bitcoin at $75k then sold when it pumps to $85k the person is already making profits in millions.

But to be realistic, not alot of investors have that huge capital, so altcoins becomes the best alternative. And just like you said memecoins too but one must have patience so as not to invest in a coin that will rugpulled. No one could have predicted trump memecoin would exist but those who entered early claimed to be millionaires now.

Alts are there, but in any case, BTC is stable at its growth, and its adoption too - whereas others lack what BTC upholds at all times, going for the profit / inflation of their supply.

Stay away from meme coins if you want to earn money safely because most of the investors who put their money in Solana based meme coins end up losing that money. So a word of advice is to stay away from those meme coins at any cost.

Memes are the graveyard of depos, so I definitely agree with this take.

Initially when the market was much younger I mean when it start this year with high market increases I was thinking that it would reflects to all altcoin but I was wrong, and if Bitcoin could hit 109k it's assumed that altcoin like Ethereum should also make out some doubling in price maybe nearly to touch back it's previous ATH and then surpass to around 7k or 10k

Now the tables have turned and we need to see the market becoming confident again.

It's a battle of who is going to hodl for how long before the new ATH would be achieved, imo.

And we should always remember to stay patient and fix some of the gains we are going to start seeing.
