Lets not go along with others in saying that government lotteries are scam, they are only a free process for everyone to try out his own opportunity and luck, there is high competition in applying for lottery and that is why we have to take serious patience in the process, the chances also is very small for one to meet up and be selected because of the competitive change in the numbers of applicants, we only have to try our best if we are among the lucky ones that will be selected for the opportunity.
You cant blame out those people who would really be having these words on telling that government lottery are scam.
Take a look on this one:

https://www.spot.ph/newsfeatures/trending/107785/why-does-psco-edit-pictures-of-lotto-winners-a5229-20240118

Is it just that fine that they would be posting edited pictures just to show about the winner of such jackpot?
This isnt something right.
it is understandable that they can edit the photo so that to hide personality of the winner because that is also for  their security but lets have in mind ? that  giving the public misinformation about true winners(if they are even one) is for me the fould here, because there are news that comes out recently here in my country that the winners for certain draws are almost the same ,if I remember it correct , 5x that the same person come to win big prize in lottery and thats truly BS .
Trying out to show into the public some edited photo and making up some explaination that it is really just that for the sake of someones security and thats why they've decided to make an edited one, with that alone then it would really be that BS on doing such move or step because the masses or those bettors wont really be that seeing this to be good in sight.
It doesnt really show up that fairness on any way and this is why you cant really be able to blame out people on why they would really be that skeptical
now when it comes to legitimacy of those draw winners.

sure a BS thing mate, because they should not be misleading people to believe that winning in lottery are legit but the truth is ? they are fooling people that believes in lottery..

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes (PCSO) Office has admitted editing the image of a lottery winner resulting in a call for general manager Mel Robles to resign.
The controversy surrounds the posting of an image on the organization’s official Facebook account on the 17th of January. In it, a PCSO official can be seen handing over a cheque to the lone winner of the PHP 43.8 million ($783,000) Lotto 6/42 jackpot on the 28th of December 2023. The picture aroused suspicion among netizens as it showed clear signs of having been manipulated and it didn’t take long for the organization to admit that it had indeed been edited.

this is where everything was written .

            -    I watched that news and the investigation that was also done there in the Senate; maybe, let's say, there was something wrong with the editing of the winning participant in their jackpot. Apart from this mistake, I don't seem to have seen any more holes in the explanation given by the PCSO chairperson.

Because of the overall result of the senate hearing, he said that he was willing to give the documents that legitimize what he says: that the winner is a real person in the image. Because it is not right to broadcast or expose the appearance of the lottery winner in the whole country like Raffymonyo wants to happen, he can see it in person with the PCSO chairperson, as long as it is not televised on TV or social media platforms we have that will not violate the data privacy act law.

One of the biggest reasons why many people are doubting on the lotto results is because PCSO could never present the winners in face to the general public...so as humans as we are we can be drawing a conclusion that everything can just be fake and a big drama to convince us that there are real winners. Now, of course, this is not possible since this is not allowed and no winner will ever allow his/her face to be plastered everywhere as the multi-million winner as this can be so tricky and there can be security concerns on the part of the winners. And that is why people in PCSO should always be extra careful in everything they do so they are not adding to this continuing suspicion among the people (who are not the winners) that they are being fooled. Now, I am suggesting that a group of winners - whose faces can be blurred - to be available for media interviews to confirm that there are really winners. This is just a suggestion to help PCSO regain the trust of the betting people who are dreaming to be millionaires too someday...if that day will ever come!

I think your suggestion is quite alright. Since it is risky to make public the face of lottery winners, they can have an interview with them Nd their faces blurred so that they do not recognise them. This will be okay then they interview them to share their experience as it bothers them winning the lottery Nd how long they have been persistent in waiting until it was their turn they won the lottery. Atleast this can encourage those hoping a d waiting for their turn om winning the lottery games.

Once it comes to governments affairs, we have to be mindful on how we deal with them because this has to be a direct dealing with the crowd and they appears in an unregulated manners, we cant all be the same, think or reason the same way, some can agitate over the rule and continue in this, while some may not, the government cant please everyone, but they are trying their own best in some ways to make fair justice in administering to the people affairs and offers they give them, despite all this, they will still have to complain, what if the lottery process was not in place at first.

That was just a tip of the iceberg , because from that issue comes those other leakage as there are several winners that wins regularly in which sounds fake because why in the world that same person will win multiple times when there are millions of people trying their luck in this gambling?
and don't look just because senate is digging for the actual person who wins because that is not what truly the case here but the anomaly that is happening inside the Government Lottery in the Philippines .
and am sure there are more to dig from this issues but seems like this calms down now.
