The name addiction is not good, we who feel addicted must try hard to get rid of the addiction, especially addictions of the nature mentioned, it is an addiction that can make people fall and become worthless in the eyes of society and family.

When you are addicted to something is really not good most especially drugs, it has a big effect on human life, because the person will be physically, mentally and psychologically unfit, and the drugs will cause a lot of damages to the body system including the brain, and the person will have mental problems and he or she will be behaving abnormally and he will become a laughing stock, and he or she will serve as a disgrace to themselves and their family.

I understand this problem, it is a great disgrace for the family especially if it has to do with the police. even though it is only as a user, society will not care about the explanation and efforts if it is already in the rehabilitation period, although it did not happen to me, the lives of drug addicts are very sad

your definitely right because when you're addicted to any of these two substance it can really affect your health especially your mental health which is key to your well being because your life is defined by how mentally fit that you are and these drugs affect our mental state as a result of abuse and addiction making people to become mentally unstable and become a nuisance to the society and so are taken to rehabilitation centers and this is not a good habit as it brings disgrace not only to the person involved but his entire family so we should be careful with both drugs and alcohol should stay clean as possible

I get your point completely. I used to have a friend who I knew from high school, we used to be pretty close back then, but all went our separate ways after we all graduated from high school. I came back to town about a year ago and I saw this same friend of mine, but his addiction of drugs and hard substances has put him in a very heartbreaking state and I was so sad when I saw him, because back then, I never even knew he was into drugs and the whole thing just got me puzzled up. It was indeed very disheartening.

Sometimes I am confused about why people try drugs even though there is often education about the dangers of drugs and the negative effects of using drugs. and  Sometimes I want to do research on why someone consumes drugs in their life, even though there is already education about the dangers of drugs.

I drink occasionally, and not the other one, although my other circle of friends do both and smoke, but not for me. Well, I came from a family of teachers, so yeah the super strict implementation of discipline will hit you once you go against it lol.

Additionally, the THC also helps with sleep, what it does is usually to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and also increase the duration of sleep one gets, thereby promoting relaxation and reduce anxiety.

Definitely it’s true! And it appears that’s the actual reason some people choose to consume it, while some people literally just abuse it. While it has some kinda benefits, it’s important to note that it is also very addictive and when a person gets addicted to this cannabis, it becomes detrimental and hazardous for the person. It’s just like gambling, there are those who actually indulge in it solely for the fun and recreational purposes and there are those are addicted already and are just looking for an opportunity to make millions in gambling, thereby resulting into wrong decisions and also other disastrous outcomes. I’m not saying people should go and take cannabis or in anyway promoting it, I believe there are other ways to boost one’s appetite and increase sleep.

Moderate drinking do actually have a couple of advantages to the human body/health, which may include Cold prevention, Demendia Prevention, Diabetes Prevention and several others. The only reason people are harmed by alcohol is due to excessive consumption and abuse, but on a moderate level, it have more advantages than disadvantages, just as it is with drugs too, even things that we know have good impacts in the body may also turn out to have quite the opposite effects when they’re consumed at an excessive amount.

It is always important to have balance in life, especially in areas where certain habits impact on health and wealth. As much as it is good to indulge in something, taking it in excess is not so good as it will have some negative repercussions. There are many other ways through which one is able to live a fulfilling life without the need to engage in something that will bring a negative impact on himself or herself in future. Concerning the effect on ourselves and the loved ones, of course, this is one of the most effective ways of getting to decision making. Ultimately, happiness and health so much depend on ways that are chosen knowingly to be reckless.
