Afridex 2019 – The Global Blockchain Unity Conference in Africa

This September, Cape Town, South Africa will host Afridex 2019. It is the first event of a series of 7 to take place annually on a different continent by WorldDex Events.

Afridex began with a vision by founder, Tameez Abramjee, a 27-year-old crypto and blockchain entrepreneur from Pretoria, South Africa. Tameez’s entrepreneurial journey had taken him on a roller coaster since early 2017. His experience has a story that would seem fictitious to most. Tameez had built an overnight empire, lost it all, got back up and fell harder where recovery seemed impossible.

During his time of hopelessness, he began looking back and realizing that the wealth he dreamt of since age 5 had not given him any sense of inner happiness when he had it all. He had understood that true wealth isn’t the numbers on your bank statement but is your freedom, time and inner peace. And so his journey to learn as much as he could on the global system in all aspects had begun.

For just over a year, all that was thought about was how the current world system in everything but unjust to the global population. Something had to be done to create awareness, find solutions and begin a journey toward true global democracy. Afridex was born!

We are excited to introduce Afridex to all nations whilst proudly hosting the world in Africa on a journey toward global unity and freedom. The Afridex team are working diligently to ensure that Afridex’s attendee experience will exceed all expectations beyond measure and be a memorable adventurous experience for all. Our aim is to educate the masses in a new and exciting way that will promote an understanding of the world around us in an enjoyable way. Our strategy is to educate all demographics through entertainment. We call this, edutainment.

So, why Africa? Did you know that Africa is the first continent to effectively apply Cryptocurrency to its supply and demand chain? This makes Africa a global leader in employing expertise in encryption, technology, software, legislation, and finance – among the cutting-edge skills enabling micro and macro economies to sustainable demonstrable growth. South Africa is ranked top 3 Bitcoin and Crypto trading nations found a recent study.

Afridex is set to be the largest event in the Southern Hemisphere if its kind, done in a way like never before. Attending is certainly for everybody who is keen to understand how the world is changing at a rapid and unfathomable pace. You will come to understand the reason why Blockchain and Crypto are not where they should be in terms of mass adoption as yet and how we can change this and move forward from this continent as a globally united human race – all whilst having fun!
