Looks difficult to Rise ICOs fund.

Keep wondering why most ICOs continue to extend the project duration (road map), and of some these projects has adopted a strategy of braking their ICOs into stages, like stage 1,2,3 etc. My conclusion to this continuous extension or stages strategies, is basically because, investors are loosing interest; may due to fear of scam. Any further reasons? Thanks.

I think that many ICO are extending project duration because otherwise they won’t reach softcap... but in my opinion they are just hoping that market conditions will be better in near future.
It’s a very difficult period even for good projects
