I think you can donate monthly or once a year. Once a year is cheaper than monthly.

0.01 ETH monthly * 12 = 0.12 ETH
once a year = 0.10 ETH

SMART:
0.06 ETH monthly * 12 = 0.72 ETH
once a year = 0.6 ETH

and so on.
