It is very bad situation, I am aware that the less interest of investors after too many scam cases on ICO. It needs a little regulation to lessen the number of scams. I am not really sure with STO, but why not to try it.

I'm not sure about rigor. This will bring additional problems not only to ICO, but also to all other market participants.
