What do you mean by "forgot the platform"?
Do you still remember that it is an ETH address created on an exchange or created via MEW / Metamask?

I suggest trying to open it via MEW firstly. But you must remember the private key!

Try to use your private key via MyEtherWallet. But as I saw, fortunately you have there only USDC and not too much. If you dont have your PK, just create the new wallet and forget this one.

You should not have any problem if that address was generated from a non-custodial wallet (meaning you have the private key or the seed). You can simply access it on other non-custodial wallets by importing your private key or seed phrase.
