针对 Overstock 两位前高管的诉讼已移交至州联邦法院

[html]链闻消息，据一份诉讼文档显示，针对 Overstock 的前首席财务官 Gregory J. Iverson 和前首席执行官 Patric Byrne 的证券欺诈诉讼已提交至犹他州联邦法院。文档中提到，Gregory J. Iverson 于 9 月 17 日突然辞去首席财务官职务，到了 9 月 23 日该信息才被公开；Patric Byrne 于  8 月 22 日突然辞去首席执行官职务。诉讼材料称，Patric Byrne 在职期间曾做出过一系列虚假和误导性陈述，而且他本人知道或故意
