What Happens to Miners During Halvings?

Many always speculate that miners will shut down after the halving. The reality is most miners are very smart and price in the halving, so they don't end up shutting down any miners.

Miners always know the balance between the investment & profit of the farm. Halving reduces the amount of BTC they receive per block by half, but will create momentum to push BTC prices higher in the future. It can be seen that the temporary trend is that some farms have reduced the number of running machines, but are still ready to return if there is a signal of BTC price increase.

I cannot say more because it is very confusing if I think.
One side of Bitcoin reduces wages for every block found by miners, on the other hand the price of Bitcoin is still as usual not reaching 15000 USD.

Maybe right now I am still afraid to buy Bitcoin at 8000 USD for fear of dumping again to 6800 USD. Maybe miners knowing this moment for safety in the future for price Bitcoin .

The problem here is how the BTC miners will behave after halving
As far as we can see, the BTC price is still being held below $9K,  not rising to $15K right after halving as many predicted. I think many miners are thinking of a solution to exit the market if there are no positive signals in the coming week.
