IPO (Initial Public Offering) has since long been a preferred option for companies to raise funds for their new projects or ventures. However, lately, this fundraising method has started losing its touch, primarily because of the availability of so many better and lucrative alternatives.

A recent article (https://dciecosystem.com/blog/raise-capital-when-an-ipo-isnt-an-option/) that I read suggests that fundraising options like private equity, venture capital, and digital investment through methods like ICOs and STOs are not only more efficient but also attractive for potential investors. How much is this true?

The major thing is to assure people that the project will be successful after fundraising weather going through lPO or STO let there be a conviction that after investors has contributed in pushing a particular project through fundraising, I think this will help the contributors a clear stand that after investing their fund let the project succeede after listing.

Only some. Yes investors are hooked with new projects especially if the hype for that is quite huge. Imagine the ICO of Gram, it tremendously raised billion of dollars but unfortunately blocked by SEC and still clarifying issues. But some major crowdfunding method leaves some dirty imprint and history of scamming. Yeah that's crypto space and no matter justifiable by many expert some of it can be turn out hoax.

I consider myself a small investor, because sometimes I invest small amounts. And personally for me there is no difference how the project attracts STO, ICO funds and so on. For me, the product, the team, the concept and so on are important.

There is widespread fraud at the ICO. Fraud cases are now taking effect, with billions of frauds going on at ICO gram. Investment site has come down huge fraud. Well good platforms are broken. That's why the market situation has changed a lot. Which is bad.
