央行穆长春：央行数字货币将满足公众的隐私交易需求

链闻消息，路透社报道，本周二人民银行数字货币研究所所长穆长春在参加新加坡的一次会议上强调，「我们知道公众使用纸币和硬币是为了保持匿名 ... 我们会满足这些用户的匿名交易需求。 中央银行将保持在可控匿名性和反洗钱、反恐融资（CTF）以及税收、在线赌博和任何数字犯罪活动之间的平衡」。此前链闻曾报道，穆长春表示，公众有匿名支付的需求，但如今的支付工具都跟传统银行账户体系紧紧绑定，满足不了消费者的匿名支付需求，也不可能完全取代现钞。「我们必须保持平衡，这是我们的目标。我们不寻求对公众信息的完全控制。」
