Bitcoin is successful due to mass media marketing

It doesn't matter if they FUD Bitcoin or not, as long as they name it, it means more people will read about it & wanna learn about this Blockchain technology.

Bitcoin i inevitable, that' a fact, sooner or later it will take it's right lace where it should be. You can already see that it's technology i starting to be use in solving real life problems ( same as other major Blockchain). It's just a a matter of time.
