Regarding demoting Global Mods and mods

I voted for your reinstatements so please don't let me down epidemia and bigpat

1. How to invite new projects to the forum?
2. How to invite new people to the forum?
3. What needs to be done to ensure that active forum users stay here?
4. What to do to make the forum token valuable? It's a crypto, there’s no way without "candy wrappers"

Answer me at least these questions. You are a clever man, but during my time on the forum, I still have not received answers to these questions.

Great questions. I agree that those should have the answers (solutions) and must take serious attention. Especially for question number 1 and number 3. These can be some keys to make our forum continues to survive & improve.

Basically, not only need more active users but also the local board mods are needed to be more active. For example in my local board, I rarely saw the activity of the mods. The local board mods also have a big contribution to keep the local community alive and active.

Anyway, commonly the reason for people to stay in a forum is about the project. Since I assume many members are bounty hunters and investors, we need to ensure there will be regular new projects and bounty programs.   

For question number 4, I suggest listing the forum tokens on a better exchange.

of course, i value your opinion
both mods are still mods, i never removed them from mods status,
however global mod status is a bit tricky, thus i explained my point of view above
also, most members are also on btt, and of course it's not an issue, some members are mods, and some mods are mods somewhere else, again that's not an issue.
But global mod here, i prefer to keep it for mods that are not mods somewhere else.

You should ask the members permission before doing anything in forums, if they saw something which hurts them, then start to leave this forums. I would suggest to you a voting system and see what people wants from this forum.
Everyone is equal and everyone should follow the forums rules.
