HitBTC Admin does not help traders
My name is Nur Efendi..
I have long known the Crypto world..
Here I want to tell all the members of the forum that hitBTC does not help traders solve the problem.
The problem originated from I forgot to save the 2FA key Google Authenticator..
Really, I really forgot to keep it...
I have long not opened the website hitBTC let alone login on the website hitBTC..
HitBTC Admin asked me a selfie photo along with a description I asked to delete 2FA, I already gave, even 2 times I gave a selfie that they asked..
They reasoned that I was not the original owner..
I ask them if they keep my login history on their website?
They answered yes..
Then I say again, how long have I not logged on the website hitBTC?
I think that is the proof that I am the original owner of my hitBTC account..
Anyone in this forum, beware of the website hitBTC..
Especially if you forgot to save the 2FA key of Google Authenticator as I experienced..
They have another reason, they tell me that my account has a balance..
I have a little given that I used to use their wallet to receive a deposit from the faucet...
Maybe the value is not how..
They really can not help the trader..
For anyone reading this and having an account at hitBTC, I remind that hitBTC does not help users..
