Despite the fact that in April 2018, bitcoin was banned in Vietnam as a means of payment, not a single state can long be aloof from the new global economic and financial processes that take place in society and, moreover, are accepted by many states. Therefore, the governments of states where such prohibitions and restrictions were introduced will be forced to reconsider their previous decisions.
Blockchain technology will be applied in the near future by all states. Also, practically all states will issue and use national stable coins of the central banks of these states, as well as stable coins of the leading world states as an interstate means of payment.
To increase the liquidity of a decentralized cryptocurrency, it will take a longer time and this process is still poorly predicted.
