I am a little surprised at the large number of institutions that currently own cryptocurrencies. In general, only a few states have now established clear rules for cryptocurrency circulation. Individuals can work with cryptocurrency and make transactions without such rules, however, this is mandatory for institutions.
The fact that in the USA there are only 27 percent of such institutions and almost half in Europe is clear evidence of the attitude of governments towards cryptocurrency. European Union countries are more loyal to cryptocurrency compared to the United States.
