I have no problem with this per se as we really also be fending off illegal activities within this fledgling industry but of course there will always be that tendency to have a tug-of-war with the government but overall this is quite expected. Illegal activities should be regulated if not totally deleted as they can be victimizing innocent people and can even make crypto industry looks so bad in the eyes of an ordinary guy and gal.
