I see tradekax bounty project in bitcointalk but project already red flags due to plagiarism whitepaper. But I don't Participate in this project because of getting redtrust my Bitcointalk account. I am sure if ieo continuing successfully then it would be highly succed.

I really don't understand why would a project which is aiming to be a major force in the derivative trading is using a plagiarized WhitePaper when it is so cheap to hire someone who can make it with some touch of professionalism. It can be either this project is run by a stupid team or maybe they just forget the importance of WP.
