Sadly, there is a way to trace the movement of stolen digital assets but aside from watching and connecting the dot we are all inutile in stopping such a movement and confiscating the assets, all the more giving these hackers and scammers the incentives to make even more and bigger hacks.

Yes, this is the flip side of decentralization. The whole world can observe the movement of stolen bitcoins from wallets and no one can do anything to increase justice.
Unfortunately, the text of the attached article does not indicate exactly where the previously stolen bitcoins are moved. Most likely, they are split into smaller amounts by transferring them to other wallets and prepared for cash out. Will hackers use Russia for this again?
