We all know that the purpose of the bounty campaign is to attract as many hunters as possible, because the hunter will help promote the project to the crypto community & potential investors. The hunter's goal was to get tokens, as much as possible.
Unfortunately, these two purposes go against each other, as the majority of bounty campaigns pay off with a STAKE structure. I have known some hunters who have been pursuing Facebook/Twitter campaigns continuously for 3 months and received tokens worth just $3 @@
To solve this problem, some bounty managers propose popular solutions as follows:
+ limit the number of people participating in each campaign, or
+ divide rewards into bounty pool levels, each level is unlocked when the number of participants exceeds a certain requirement, or
+ Pay bounty hunter directly with a specified number of tokens based on their activities.
I think it is necessary to limit the number of participants, so that bounty hunters will get a better reward for their efforts, and late bounty hunters can participate in other potential campaigns.
