Changing signature?

can i ask you, how do i get a signature? I'm sorry I am a new member and I really need your input and suggestions?
I've been looking for information from every post related to signature but did not find a satisfactory answer.

Profile (top menu) —> Forum Profile —> Signature —> Change profile button.

If you mean something else than technical possibility of installation, it's better to write more details about what you mean.
