Hello, I am a new member of this forum, I already have experience on some forums like this such as bitcointalk and crypotak, both are good especially the bitcointalk wherein most of the topics posted there are useful, that forum really helps me improve my knowledge in the crypto world. Unlike the no other CT n which most of the topics that you can read there are not useful. It seems like they are just creating topics just to earn.

I already read some rules of this forum and it seems like i is more strict than the no other CT but I just want to make things clear with me.
1. I clicked the help button above and choose the menu which is the "Get alts" and there is a rule there that I need to create A Sparta account for the withdrawal but upon clicking it, there is an error that occurs. Can someone help me with this?
2. How many posts before I get the junior rank?

I need some of your advice on how I could be a good member of this forum and to understand more about the things here
