Why i prefer Altcoinstalks more than Bitcointalk

These rules are the reason why I migrated to Altcoinstalk. First, you need btc to be able to post and to rank up is not an easy thing to do. Altcointalk is much better in these aspects.

Yes you are right our forum is good and easy than bitcointalk. My friend is working there and he is saying that it is difficult and also there are having many useless content.

i have spend time on these 2 forums, and i think there are many differences now between these 2.

ALTtalks is easier to rank up than BTCtalks, its so much better for newbies... so i think in the long run, ALTtalks can do better. its really not easy to get merits. + i have to pay to be a copper member in BTCtalks, what kind of rule is that? and copper member still have many restrictions too... i paid and still get restrictions?? its really not fair for us.
however, this does not mean i hate BTCtalk, i still love both forums

Well that's is your choice, as well as mine I prefer ALTT also,
BCT just became more toxic, members are pointing out each other's mistakes for their own interest of getting merits, being unreasonable critics for beginners / newbies, A lot of straw people are there. Sometimes I felt out placed being there because they have such a high standards to meet for each of other, which I can't take.Tho, in BCT there is more informations to be absorbed yet, I still choose ALTT because I prefer newbie friendly than critics lol.

It's Universal true now. Its really hard to rank and many restrictions there. So I think altcointalk is better now.

Irrespective, altcointalks should not lower the standard to tolerate everyone to spam. They should allow delete of spam messages to improve posts. All post here should not be for bounty campaigns, we should give opportunities to interested investors in both altcoin and bitcoin to come around  the forum and generate useful and insightful discussions.

In this forum the standard is not lowered, and many things are not allowed either, that is what the rules are for. But keep in mind that it is not easy to "see" everything. Many spam and shilling posts are deleted every day and the users who make those posts are also reported, but due to the forum settings some of those "users" may post again. The admin told me a few days ago that during this week he had something prepared to definitively silence this type of user.

I have an account on the Bitcointalk forum which I created around November last year, but I have managed to grow to the senior member position. I can agree with you that it's not usually easy to rank up so fast but  if any member on the BTT forum still make a quality post, they can earn merit that will help them to rank up.
