Longfin 自愿纳斯达克退市

美国区块链概念股 Longfin 宣布自愿让其 A 股普通股从纳斯达克退市，已经向纳斯达克交易所发出正式通知，希望能尽快转到场外交易市场交易。此前，美国证监会 SEC 起诉 Longfin，称该司 CEO 及三名关联人士涉嫌去年 12 月公司股价上涨后抛售股票获利，提出冻结此四人非法交易收入合计 2700 万美元，并限制其售股。
