ICORating 最近研究报告显示，今年第一季度发起的 ICO 中，有 46% 的项目没有最小化可行性产品，或者只是创建了用于代币发行的智能合约。这是由于开发员工资及代码编写成本高，没有资金的项目根本无法进行。在资本大量涌入的加密货币基金领域，基金关闭的比例同样很高；但是鉴于市场规模，以后大量资金将掌握在少数基金手里。
