Peter Schiff’s Son Goes 100% on Bitcoin, He Is “HODLing to Infinity or Bust”

Vocal Bitcoin opponent, Euro Pacific Capital CEO Peter Schiff has taken to Twitter to talk about his son Spencer who is a Bitcoin believer.

Schiff senior seems to be disappointed by his son going all in on Bitcoin and is joking about disinheriting him to prevent him from spending the inherited wealth on more “digital gold”.

100% of Spencer Schiff’s portfolio is now Bitcoin
Peter Schiff stated that before BTC went below the $50,000 level recently, his son Spencer went all in on Bitcoin, and even sold his silver stocks for that, making his portfolio consist only of the world’s biggest cryptocurrency.

Schiff has called Spencer “brainwashed” and complained that the majority of young investors are even more vulnerable to “Bitcoin propaganda”, largely fueled by crypto Twitter.

Schiff stated that his son Spencer is not going to sell back any of is Bitcoin, “he's HODLing to infinity or bust.”

Jokes about having to disinherit Spencer
The Euro Pacific Capital CEO has jokingly assumed that he may have to cross his son's name out of the willing otherwise Spencer will buy more Bitcoin with his hard earned wealth.

Schiff senior also mentioned that Twitter founder Jack Dorsey has recently subscribed to Spencer’s account and so Spencer may receive the verification tick sooner than Peter Schiff.

But at least father condoles himself with having more followers than his son.

Peter Schiff understands Bitcoin but still slams it
In his recent tweet, Bitcoin influencer Anthony Pompliano stated that only few understand that Bitcoin is valuable because Bitcoiners believe so.

Peter Schiff responded that this is clear to him and this is the problem with BTC in his view. He reckons that when the current young Bitcoiners get older they will prefer gold even if Bitcoin is still around, because they will have more knowledge and experience to see through hype.

Spencer Schiff, the son of gold bug and major Bitcoin (BTC) critic Peter Schiff, seems to have decided to move all his portfolio investments into one single asset, Bitcoin.

“My son went all in on Bitcoin on the last drop below $50k. 100% of his portfolio is now in Bitcoin,” gold bug Schiff announced Wednesday on Twitter. The famous Bitcoin skeptic specified that his son sold the last of his silver stocks for cash.

Schiff went on to express concerns over the investment choices of the younger generation, stating, “If my own son is this brainwashed imagine how vulnerable most kids are. He's HODLing to infinity or bust.”

The crypto community has widely welcomed the announcement, with many people expressing confidence that the 100% Bitcoin investment will make Schiff’s son richer than him. “At least someone in your family is growing their wealth this year,” Morgan Creek Digital’s co-founder Anthony Pompliano subsequently wrote.
