I would invest it in some other cryptocurrencies. There is many interesting alt coins. Good example are Cardano, IOTA, Stellar and NEO. If we say about ICO I would suggest to read about Nebula Network - it's first alt coin with rock stable rate independent from BTC thanks to emission mechanism tied to the supply.

I would have thought about a small business, in which I would have a minimal chance of losing anything, although no one gives guarantees that I will be all right...

I will most likely invest the 2 Bitcoins back into the crypto space. There are lots of activities in this space like trading and investing in new projects. For me crypto is like a lifestyle.
