When you want to trade, you really have to think clearly and of course you have to have a cool head because when you trade with an unsettled soul and emotions, you will only get losses and of course it can make you regret it because it is affected by the conditions of the exchange that is not good and can change instantly when there is bad news.

Its a very useful technique called DCA ( Dollar cost averaging ) In which you start with small amount of investment and after some lose take another small trade for averaging and so on and at end you are seeing that your buying price is lower then the market means you are in profit .
