This is actually a very funny offer from an unknown personality. The hook is letting go of the criminals who masterminded the collapse of the crypto company and of course they squandered the money with some into their own pockets of course. Now, it can be easy to conclude that this $5 million must be coming from the money of the company itself and this unnamed investor is quite connected to the two directors who made this mess. When you decide to save a company from dissolving, you should not care those people who made the whole thing as it is, you care more with the people who are affected by the collapse.
