How can we do KYC?

What about a favor to upload utility bills? Why they are part of a KYC? This does not have any logic. What if I rent a flat? I dont get a paper or digital utility bill, I just get an amount from landlord to be paid each month. Or if the place does not belong to me? I live there, but it belongs to my wife and her name is in the bill.

Basically KYC is identifying your self to a project/exchange through your personal information like identity card or passport like documents which proves your true self and can use against you in case you do any illegal activity online..

KYC simply means "Know Your Customer". But I feel you should state the KYC you're talking about in your question. How to do KYC on Binance is different from the way you do it on kucoin or other exchange. Therefore, the way you do verification on all platforms are different. Thank you.
