Are Offshore Gaming Operators allowed in your country? Here in my country, our government has totally banned all of them because crimes are high related the said gaming industry and recently few former offshore gaming workers are arrested dealing drugs. Majority of these operators are foreign nationals so maybe they are also threat to national security. What do you think?

you mean in our country where every action that a president do is always aiming to ruin the former administration. BBM is just lucky that US is giving him aid (money) while in Duterte's time, he was sanctioned and never given an aid that he has to resort to looking for ways to generate income for the country and POGO was his option. its no threat to national security. Marcos is just trying to seize the money of those operators and assets of Guo.

but once we are done destroying all this POGO and Dutertes. BBM will be back to its original state being the bogeyman in the Philippines once again since he is the son of the Dictator. for now no media is pushing it.

what we have right now is Philippines accusing POGO operators as Chinese spies. and BBM cant do anything but since US wants war with China.

Totally banned? No, it's more like rebranded to something else. Look for the licenses issued by PAGCOR called Internet Gaming Licenses (IGL). Operators are required to apply for new licenses and comply with the new regulations. It's the same basically  but the emphasis is given to the ban ;D Don't believe everything you hear this current Government says.

Are Offshore Gaming Operators allowed in your country?
Yes but it is better to go for the ones with license and also make sure they have good reputation. Most gambling sites that have their announcement thread on Bitcointalk are offshore in my country because they are not in my country.

Here in my country, our government has totally banned all of them because crimes are high related the said gaming industry and recently few former offshore gaming workers are arrested dealing drugs.
Can you tell us example with news? This is a lie. You are the one that registered on their sites, not that they are not responsible. Are you saying only gambling sites in your country are responsible?

Majority of these operators are foreign nationals so maybe they are also threat to national security. What do you think?
They are not threate to national security. But they can contribute to inflation if your country is not really strong in exporting.

Almost all gambling site on Bitcointalk offshore because they don't operates directly or even have branch across our country or even Africa, most of them are US, EU and the rest but still most majority of people are using them to gamble this doesn't affect the country in anyway rather assisting those who are using them to gamble. Although the casino or betting site are actually benefiting from most gambler in our country.

how can you accuse of someone lying about what is going on in their country lol anyway it is not unheard of because some gambling or gaming operations in my country are hiding more than what they show in their platforms not only drugs but human trafficking, sexual abuse and online scams are some of the crimes associated with these kind of operations

i don’t know if op and i have the same country but in our country gaming operations have led to foreigners illegally entering the country it’s a whole issue in my country that it would even sound ridiculous but not totally impossible so yes it can be a threat to national security

President Marcos says that he will ban it till the end of the year so let's see. But if you are right, then it will just be rebranded and because Pagcor doesn't want to lose money, for sure they are going to approved it again.

And not to downplay as this is our country, but still there are a lot of government officials that might get the benefits here, in short corruption is prevalent and if money talks, this POGO or IGL will continue no market who will be the sitting government as it has advantages, according to them.

You can check the list here in pdf file[1] if you want to download files from this site, its PH agency site that provide casino license.

POGO is usually a casino company that is registered on Philippines to operates there as one of their office, but the casino's users are mainly from other countries. Because there are separate license for casinos that cater for PH users.

Majority of these operators are foreign nationals so maybe they are also threat to national security. What do you think?
They are not threate to national security. But they can contribute to inflation if your country is not really strong in exporting.
Unfortunately, just recently many POGO companies are connected on different illegal activities, human trafficking, scams sms, there are also stats that scam/spam sms was lesten[2] after the POGO ban, cybercrimes, even illegal drugs[4]. There are even rumored linked that the arrested chinese mayor Guo's family is connected to CCP[5] and as considered as a spy.

So yes, i considered them as national threat for security.

Thanks! This is what exactly I was referring to and this might help others who got confused about the topic. Well, for those who are dragging this topic into political thing I am sorry because I am seeing this topic a game related issue and on my own tactical perspective this really is a threat to national security as I said POGO was linked to several crimes in the country. This is not based on social media or other unreliable sources but I was able to watch senate hearing about this issue and I know some of us if not all living in the Philippines know this already.

Are Offshore Gaming Operators allowed in your country?

I assume you mean gambling!
It's pretty simple, offshore gambling is allowed if they hold a license, it's a pretty normal thing, for most of us in Europe by the laws everything that is not a company that has their headquarters inside the country acts like offshore, but they can still get a license or so.
At the same time, you can have a company that is based in an EU country banned in another because it holds none!

Offshore doesn't always mean registered in some exotic jurisdiction!
