bitcoin can have such power because bitcoin is the main coin of all existing altcoins, but I still doubt it can happen because bitcoin can not possibly go to the most basic price because to remove all existing altcoins at least the bitcoin price must return to a very high price. cheap and can make a lot of altcoins crash.

Bitcoin has no practical way to remove altcoins from the cryptocurrency market. Altcoins are now independent and could very well exist without bitcoins.
