Yes, of course. I think Ripple is on its way winning this case lodged by SEC against it. And this can have many repercussions for the whole cryptocurrency industry and can push Ripple to the moon, as others might say. Things are nod doing good on the SEC side according to the latest developments in the case and it would have been better if they can lay a compromise that can be acceptable by both sides but then again a final decision on the matter can be what we need.

Almost any court decision in this case should not affect the circulation and price of XRP, because the lawsuit concerns the illegality of the actions of two company officials with this cryptocurrency. Therefore, Ripple now occupies a good sixth position in terms of capitalization after bitcoin, ethereum, BNB and two stablecoins. Its price is 0.77 cents, which is also not bad for this bear market.

This is what I was referring to several months ago when I said that many people might regret selling their XRP for fear of what might happen with the SEC. If all goes as expected, XRP may touch the moon again in a few months, those who sold out of fear will regret it, those who bought above $0.22 will make good profits, and this teaches us again that selling or buying through emotions is one of the most dangerous things we can do in crypto.

Although that I am not a fan of holding XRP, but it’s a good thing to hear about the positive developments of it regarding the case with SEC. Let’s just hope for the best that XRP would win this case. In fact despite that I am not holding XRP, but I am using it to withdraw from Binance or any exchange to a custodial wallet for the purpose of exchanging to fiat due to a very cheap transaction fee.
