I like how they address a few key concern. There is still a dilemma that i have regarding the smart contract. One key things that i like about neo is that to create a smart contract for tokens, i.e. create an ico on neo, you will need several thousands. This will limit the number of entries and only those legit one are able to run. On the other hand, if the smart contract are so expensive, it would not be applicable for daily interaction or application suitable for public.

With this platform I can say it is really great because scam is now controlled and it wi'll show how safe to invest in an ico that uses neo platform. Being expensive is not disadvantage it only goes like that because others are offering different styles which scammer can easily enter.

Making NEO divisible makes alot of sense, I'm surprised they didn't consider this sooner.. seems ridiculous.
