Crypto.com CEO confirmed the return of the funds and reassured the investors that new processes and features were implemented to prevent a reoccurrence.

They are lucky that they accidentally send their fund on crypto exchange gate.io ,if goes other wallet then there is high chances
that these will lost forever ,
In crypto field we are banks of Ourselves So friends be careful to make any transaction , double check addresses ,
Also keep your wallet safe .Believe on Bitcoin .
