From the way many are now minded of using a decentralized platform is by the way of them having a series of serious challenges with kyc on some of these gambling platforms, sport betting is what many gamblers always think about going for because of the way its being played and been acceptable by many gamblers, going for having all these in a decentralized way is what many will take as preference because of the way they will appreciates their information secured on them while betting.

Stake ws forcing anyone to submit KYC even the small time gamblers which some of those who are privacy concern people are not sending their documents. There is no reputable decentralised sports betting site however that can cater for those users.

They'd be forced to submit or just stop sports betting because sports bet is also doing the same.

Surprisingly no KYC casinos are popping out these days. Most of them have no prior history and their ToS changes depending on users' feedback so it will take time to know whether they're reliable or not. I think a market for privacy-focused or decentralized casinos including for sports betting will always exist even if regulations become stricter. If they can open source the smart contract code it will be easier for them to gain trust and potentially avoid crucial exploits on their smart contracts. CMIIW.
