It is actually possible to clearly observe that a lot of good things are being posted on this particular site although this may not be easily observable by many people. I mean our people are very active even enthusiastic as you will see just like the spirit of the campaign that is currently on. Though there can be certain issues that may cause them not to and to be more out forward with the people from their country, which I believe is their right. Still, it is perhaps possible for all of us to be more present, be more receptive, and collectively focus towards making our board of directors effective. If there is unity among all the people and hard work is put in to effort then success together is most certainly possible.

Our people are very enthusiastic and hardworking as you have said and I also agree with you that something must have prompted their actions to not identify with their nationals here which I feel is their right and choice if they choose it that way. However, irrespective of whatever the situation or what warranted their resolve of not coming fort is, there is always a way out as "there is no place better than home" and  "No man is an Island". "A tree does not make up a forest" and we as well know that we can conquer when we are united and if divided, we fall. It is better to be together to share our love and unity in one faith and standout to be the best than to be separated and watch as our board be divided.  I will appeal to every one member of this platform who is our nationals to come fort and together we will make our local board great.

Love for the country and the feeling of solidarity is spirit that can come together to confront any trouble. Our spirit of hard work power and determination to move forward will be stronger if we do it together because we supplement each other as we proceed on this journey. While each person now has the right to make their own decisions, only togetherness will bring more success. If we keep holding corporate spirits and pride of our identity intact, we would be paving a better grounded community and a positive outlook to all. Together we can build a better tomorrow because nothing is ever stronger than a group of people who help each other out.
