The selling target for the Bitcoin that I HODL is $100K. This is still quite reasonable if Bitcoin hits that price, especially since the previous ATH was $68K, so we think that price will soon be seen by us.
Not only that, some predictions say they are above $150K or even above, more likely we think it is an exaggeration but anything can happen in the increase in the price of bitcoin because they have data in predicting the price of bitcoin.

I think it is not wise to use the previous (2023) year data to compare it with 2024 because this is the halving year, and in this year we might see a bull run (as a bull run comes after halving), and plus we have many good events like ETFs, etc. And we didn't have any of these back in 2023 so it is not fair to compete them both,

We should not interpret the uptrend of 2023 to be sure in 2024 as well because this is not how prices work, they work on demand and supply and demand is increasing day by day but in the meantime, supply is going to be shorted by half. And that's a big cut.

I believe what you mean here is 2023 and 2024 right? because that goes the topic and the title this should be corrected .

Comparisons are acceptable if you compare two market cycles are two years at similar time of two market cycles like two start years of two bull runs or two end years of two bear markets.

They will have many things similar to talk about and compare with each other. We don't compare them about news, what happened with news, regulations because it is useless and also takes lot of time to look back and find those information.

We can easily compare them in price and fractals.

At the beginning of January 2023, the price of Bitcoin was at an all-time low of 16.3K. And by December 2023, the price of Bitcoin had reached 44.6k. Bitcoin has improved so much in just one year.

Start January month 2024 year:

It looks rosy on the outside but if you hold Bitcoin between November 2022 when Bitcoin plummeted to $15k and then settled around $16.3k January first and then to $43k, you will understand that it wasn't an easy journey, there was community division and many differences, many of the dirty tricks of the exchange from FTX collapse to CZ been arrested but all seems like most of these things never even happened but the cases are still around in court, I hope the same fallacy doesn't occur again because these things hurt Bitcoin a lot.

There is Euphoria going on in the Bitcoin Market and I hope people don't FOMO like they did last bull run, people always think that the bull run is guaranteed after the Bitcoin halving but then again, we should do so with caution so as not repeat the same mistake that happens in the last bull run, there is nothing palatable about buying Bitcoin on all-time high only to sell at a lower price or caught up to hold for another 4 years without any profits.

On the Halving effects on Miners, I hope this makes Bitcoin more deflationary and reduced circulating supply and also increase the demand organically, not this ETF they are using to attract people.

It's just manipulation. Which, for a minute, is being fully executed by those who actually started it. 

Panic + distrust of the asset, took their toll. Everyone wrote that they expected a decline from 10 thousand dollars for 1 bitcoin.... Some expected 1 thousand dollars at all. I have nothing against it. But there is one but, those who needed it, bought, propamped and now actively sell (who did not have time to come in at 16 thousand). Bitcoin price have increased more than 2X in just one year. Those that have bought the dip at the beginning of the year would have made 100% of their capital as profit already. Bitcoin has proven to be a dependable asset to depend on, only the patient ones prevail in this investment. This should be a good sign and example to be believe in bitcoin growth.

This should be the best year for bitcoin since its inception. The highly anticipated year for bitcoin halving is here and from the beginning of the year, we have witnessed a positive trend that signifies a good sign that it will be the best year for bitcoin. I have no doubts on bitcoin growth now again, it has cleared all my doubts that it can be a good store of value for the future.

Yeah, very much possible since we are in the halving year season. There are very tendencies that once the halving draws closer, the bitcoin price starts to skyrocket.

This seems to be the time to experience such an increase in bitcoin price because the halving close by. As history will have towards bitcoin, it tends to increase more, after months of the halving season. That made me to think that we might begin to see a new ATH of bitcoin price in this year or next year(2025).

The biggest change I see is this halving in 2024, the year 2023 was when the price of Bitcoin would rise more than the current halving.  Thousands of investors have been holding Bitcoin for a long time in anticipation of this halving. This bitcoin halving is a four year cycle, every four years the block rotates and the price of bitcoin increases. So all of us bitcoin holders have been waiting for this halving for a long time. I've held bitcoin for three years, definitely optimistic that $150,000 in bitcoin is very likely.
